Excellent experience and delicious food. What made it truly enjoyable was the service: smiling and courteous staff who had all the menu information clearly explained. We'll be back!

Every time I come here to Galeone I eat very well, the pizzas are fabulous, the food is stratospheric, especially the fish-based ones, they are friendly and efficient, I always come here willingly.

We were treated like royalty! A birthday dinner for 16! The quality of the fish is unquestionable, and the dishes are presented in a fairytale way. You can tell that each dish is designed to be enjoyed first with the eyes and then with the palate! The place is well-organized and clean! The atmosphere is welcoming. Compliments to the management for allowing us to spend a wonderful evening with friends!

Top-notch restaurant and pizzeria. The pizza is delicious, classic Neapolitan, and they prepare the fish exquisitely. Highly recommended.

Always a sure thing, Galeone. Exceptional pizza 🍕. Last night, the fish was delicious, the first courses delicious, and then the fried food was good, not greasy. Generous dishes, and despite the place being packed, they were very quick. Great staff, never intrusive but always present. Well done... if we want to find a couple of criticisms, the tables, at least the ones for 2, are small. As is the bathroom, very small. But these are details. We'll be back for the umpteenth time, knowing we can never go wrong!!

La Nuova Fraschetta

24/11/2025: The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owner and the girls were incredibly kind. I come to Bologna often, and this was my first time at Nuova Fraschetta. I had the best gramigna with ragù ever. I can't wait to return.
22/11/2025: We visited Bologna in October 2025 and stayed at a great Airbnb just one block from the train station. Within a four block semi circle from that location were some terrific restaurants, not touristy, local, and walkable. La Nuova Fraschetta was one of our favorites and we returned there for another dinner. The bruschetta was perfect, the ragu one of the best, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend this place.
