The restaurant-pizzeria is great. We were very surprised by the atmosphere and charm of this place. Although it is not located in the tourist part of Rome, it is worth visiting for the flavors and dishes it serves. Both the waiter who served us and the restaurant chef were very helpful and very nice. Both the pizza and the bruchetta we ate were delicious. At the end, we were treated to a lemon sorbet, which was very fluffy and well frozen. We highly recommend this restaurant. AAA+

I had the pleasure of dining at the Il Gabbiano restaurant and I can say that it was an extraordinary experience. The fish cuisine is exceptional: the freshness and quality of the ingredients can be perceived in every dish. From appetizer to dessert, each course is taken care of down to the smallest detail, with creative combinations and authentic flavors. I highly recommend their raw dish and seafood risotto, truly amazing! The service is impeccable and the atmosphere welcoming and relaxing. A must-try restaurant for lovers of good fish!

I often go to this place, especially with my loved ones. Cozy and rustic atmosphere very nice. Fresh and well-cooked food, every now and then some surprises such as bruschetta with caciocavallo hanged cheese to taste... Many traditional dishes, but those of Lucanian cuisine are exquisite.

Happy to know that such an activity still exists in the Pigneto neighborhood. In this restaurant it is possible to eat really well while enjoying truly excellent Lucanian raw materials. Il Gabbiano is a gateway to the fantastic territory of Basilicata and is able to offer various delicacies from both land and sea. If you are looking for a high-quality yet genuine restaurant, you are in the right place.

Unfortunately it is no longer like in the past, firstly it is very expensive, secondly the quality has dropped very little for example ordered spaghetti with clams served badly cooked spaghetti with clams Lupini it is up to you to judge!!!!!
