The atmosphere is indescribable :) Traditional, modest decor. The main cook (chef) grills cheese and spreads it on bread, polite and hard-working staff... One of the pubs that I will remember for a long time... Panna cotta with chocolate is one of 10 flavors from my childhood

Arrived for the first time from a small village outside. The owner Mr. Sandro was very kind and hospitable. Marco, who was very nice and competent, served us and made the evening very pleasant. We will be back.

Typical restaurant in Basilicata, simply excellent. Every dish is truly delicious, from starters to desserts and the owners are wonderful and welcoming people. The staff is also very knowledgeable and kind, I highly recommend this restaurant in the immediate vicinity of central Rome, more precisely in the Pigneto district. We will definitely be back!!!

Conoscevo già questo ristorante, ma ogni volta che ritorno è sempre una piacevole e succulente sorpresa. Ieri sera abbiamo apprezzato, tra l'altro, il caciocavallo lucano preparato " all'impiccato" ( appeso su una fonte di calore e lasciato sciogliere lentamente ) con tartufo e peperone crusco di Senise. Una prelibatezza. Da provare. Vogliamo parlare del sorriso di Sandro ? lo cheff che ti accoglie e ti accompagna con i suoi consigli, suggerimenti e antichi detti Lucani. Cosa si può dire di più ? Provare per credere.

05/02/2025: A well deserved 5 stars for this hotel. Kindness and exquisiteness of all the staff. Very comfortable room. We stayed in the suite as there were 4 of us. Excellent and strategic location for those who want to go to Rome or Lake Bracciano and its villages. Rich breakfast and restaurant open for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended
