This was such a memorable meal in beautifully atmospheric surroundings. It's a week later and I'm still thinking about the food (and wine) - the liver pâté with black cherry was a particular highlight, incredibly inventive and so delicious! You can really tell that the chef has a lot care and love for the food. The restaurant itself is also very unique, down in the cellar of the olive oil mill - makes for a very cosy and relaxing environment. Along with the warm and attentive service, I didn't want to leave at the end of the meal! Truly a destination restaurant to seek out if you are in the area.

Had dinner here for my birthday. Really appreciated that the staff spoke excellent English and knew exactly what was safe for a pregnant woman. They even adapted the menu for me, which was fantastic. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

The entire menu can be made gluten-free, except for the stuffed pasta. From the entrée to the accompanying bread, everything is gluten-free. Excellent and very attentive.

The pros: very good and attentive service, with staff speaking perfect English. Beautiful setting in an old mill that was used to produce olive oil (hence the name of the restaurant). Very good value for money and interesting wine pairing with local and Sicilian wines. Excellent pasta dishes. The cons : some dishes were not as good and interesting as others (dessert and amuse bouche).

Great location, we had dinner in the little square inside the walls of Colle. Top welcome! Very friendly and efficient staff. High-level refined dishes. Excellent!

Great restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and delicious food. We had the spring menu with a small wine pairing. The service was friendly, but as the restaurant got busier, they quickly became a bit careless, and we had to wait longer. Therefore, the value for money isn't 100 percent right for us.

La location si presenta calda e accogliente. Peccato per un odore sgradevole di fogna all'ingresso, probabilmente dovuto a una situazione momentanea. Il personale è preparato, gentile, professionale e attento. Il servizio è ben organizzato, con una buona descrizione e presentazione dei piatti, curate e coinvolgenti. È però mancata la descrizione del vino, probabilmente per una semplice dimenticanza. Il menù è ben studiato, con una prevalenza di piatti di carne ma anche alcune proposte di pesce. Manca però attenzione verso le esigenze di vegetariani e vegani. Bella la carta dei vini con diverse proposte. La qualità dei piatti è buona: lo spaghetto era ben pensato ed equilibrato, anche se nel mio caso un po' d’olio in eccesso; il polpo leggermente duro e gommoso, buono il complesso; perfetto invece la mousse di ricotta, un dolce tra i più buoni provati, equilibrato e ben realizzato. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è corretto per il tipo di proposta.
