Came back delighted with this beautiful place (magnificent historic interior and quiet and central exterior) serving excellent bistronomic Tuscan cuisine. Very good wines and motivated staff. In a word: very nice discovery

We had dinner here last night and I could only say good. Competent and courteous staff, friendly, discreet and never intrusive. High quality dishes. We opted for a tasting menu for my partner and I preferred to choose à la carte but both options were perfect for us. As for the wine, thanks to Pietro who proved to be an excellent sommelier and offered us an excellent choice of pairings with both very interesting Tuscan and national wines We also had our 3 and a half year old with us but everyone was understanding and kind Excellent quality/price ratio in my opinion and the location matches the rest. I appreciated the tranquility and silence of the evening in Colle Val D'Elsa which I also found very nice. I have nothing else to add other than HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Elaborate cuisine. We enjoyed all the dishes. The entire service team is really top notch. Nice discovery. Succulent! To recommend with eyes closed. The only fault is really the terrace which is not welcoming and does not invite people to come there. THANKS

Fomos em casal até a este restaurante e ficamos surpreendidos. O restaurante é numa cave muito charmosa, os pratos com imensa criatividade e com produtos de excelência. Para entrada pedimos o fígado, como pratos principais pedimos uma massa maravilhosa com um sabor fumado e o pombo (que nunca tínhamos experimentado e estava ótimo). Para sobremesa pedimos a tarte de limão com ananás e rum que também era maravilhosa. O serviço foi atencioso e o preço bastante justo para o nível da cozinha. Pagámos cerca de 40€ por pessoa. Recomendo muito, não se vão arrenpender!

Great culinary Erlenbis in all respects

We were warmly welcomed and a special table was prepared for us, even though the restaurant was actually full. We had the tasing menu which was great in both taste and creativity. Outstanding service!

Beautiful atmosphere. Elaborate and refined cuisine. In some dishes the refinement leads to exceptional results (spaghetti with black garlic/liver, black cherry and pistachio), in others there is a lack of balance. Formal and punctual, but sometimes inattentive service.
