Great location, we had dinner in the little square inside the walls of Colle. Top welcome! Very friendly and efficient staff. High-level refined dishes. Excellent!

Great restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and delicious food. We had the spring menu with a small wine pairing. The service was friendly, but as the restaurant got busier, they quickly became a bit careless, and we had to wait longer. Therefore, the value for money isn't 100 percent right for us.

Excellent dishes, with new and interesting flavours. The proposed menu is recommended, really good and varied. Beautiful and well-kept environment. Friendly and efficient service. The à la carte menu is varied and the prices are average. Recommended for special evenings.

Viaggio in Toscana in famiglia con tappa a cena a il frantoio. Molto bella come val d’Elsa sotto Natale con molte luci. Il frantoio: molto bella la location in cui si cena tra pietre antiche soffitti a botte e macine. Cubia con piatti abbastanza tecnici ed elaborati. Ottimi i classici della casa: fegatino pistacchio e amarena; spaghetto affumicato, aglio nero e colatura di alici; piccione pan datteri e noci. Un po’ meno altri come la pappardella ripiena di francesina e la faraona ripiena con champignon (un po’ asciutta). Nel complesso buona cena e prezzi in linea

Nothing to say other than “What a wonderful experience”! The restaurant is located in the center of Colle Val Dense, inside an old oil mill, a spectacular setting to say the least! The raw material is excellent and the combinations offered are truly exceptional. The menu is extensive, there is in fact the possibility of two tastings, or the à la carte menu. The service is attentive, the waiters are kind and accompany you step by step along the tasting journey (what we did) For what is offered, the price is the best they can offer you, we will definitely be back, I highly recommend it!

12/06/2025: It's not easy to prepare venison fillet and wild pigeon as perfectly as here. Unfortunately, we didn't take the photo until everything was eaten. Our antipasti and bread, as well as the advice on the wine selection, were absolutely excellent. The only drawback for us was the rap that played the entire time. It's probably unavoidable these days, but it's still a shame, because you can have a much better conversation without it.
02/06/2025: We had lunch yesterday, excellent food and special combinations that we really appreciated.

25/05/2025: Excellent restaurant using zero km raw materials for Chianina meat, extra virgin olive oil and wine, all produced by the adjacent Trequanda farm. Recommended, better to book in advance given the few tables available.
01/05/2025: An unforgettable experience at the Ristoro di Trequanda We chose the Trequanda agri-restaurant to celebrate our wedding and the baptism of our son, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was just perfect. The staff were extraordinary: kind, helpful and always ready to help us, even in the weeks before the event. A special thank you to the guy who followed us in the organization: he took care of every detail with attention and patience, from the arrangement of the tables to the welcoming of the guests. The food? Simply exceptional. Each dish was an explosion of flavours, with attention to detail also in the presentation, so much so that you wanted to eat again just because of how good it was. Even our Spanish family members, who didn't know these flavors, were enchanted. The view is also beautiful. Thank you so much for making this day so special. We will definitely be back!!
