Fattoria di Montemorli, family winery In Poggibonsi

This Italian Family winery was the most inviting, welcoming, informative tasting and tour we have ever been on. The wines were outstanding and the traditional Italian lunch was phenomenal. Vittorio and his beautiful wife were the most gracious hosts. I don’t have enough superlatives to aptly convey how unique and wonderful this experience was. Bravo!

A true Tuscan gem! I had a fantastic tasting experience at Fattoria di Montemorli. The setting is beautiful — rustic, welcoming, and full of history. Vittorio was an outstanding host, taking time to share the story behind the winery and each of the delicious wines we tasted. Every glass captured the spirit of Tuscany, from their Chianti Classico to the Vin Santo. Highly recommend stopping here if you want an authentic, family-run experience between Siena and San Gimignano. It was one of the highlights of my trip! 🍷

This winery tour and tasting was the highlight of our week in Tuscany. A family business passed down through generations and you actually have a tour with one of the family members. I lead food and wine tours to Italy and during my Tuscany tours, a stop at Montemorli is always a must with my groups. Not only are their wines some of the best in the region, (the Vin Santo alone is a must buy), but the staff and owners are simply amazing, welcoming and very accommodating. I've been there about 5 times now over the past few years and each time it's a hit with my groups. A must-stop while in the Chianti area.

Vittorio and Carlo hosted us the night before our wedding. They were incredibly flexible, hospitable and generous -- and the food and wine was impeccable. We had a fantastic evening. Thank you!
