Il desiderio preso per la coda is a charming place in the center of Rome. You are always welcomed with kindness and professionalism. The dishes are cooked wonderfully and presented in an excellent way. You can perceive the freshness and quality of the food. Even the desserts are super! I highly recommend it to those who especially love places outside the usual tourist circuits

It's always a pleasure to come back. Bring new friends and make a great impression. A menu that already from the description makes you understand that you will eat something good. Save room for desserts .... They are not simple desserts but taste experiences. Highly recommended

As the name of the restaurant says, “Desire taken by the tail” is an experience not to be missed! Excellent quality food, refined and very tasty, all in a very pleasant atmosphere.

Luogo incantevole, scelta dei piatti originale, tra il tradizionale e l'etnico. Qualità del cibo impeccabile dagli antipasti ai dolci. La proprietaria è cordiale, sorridente e discreta, si occupa della sala con attenzione e solarità. Rapporto qualità-prezzo più che corretta, consiglio vivamente

09/07/2025: If I could give this 10 stars I would! Amazinggggg pastrami and truly the best coffee I’ve ever had. Not only the food and drinks but oh my god the people!!! Arora, Leandro, and the whole family have my heart. Every time I come to Rome l, this will be the first stop always!!

27/06/2025: very friendly staff and their pistachio croissants are the best! its not filled with some weird cream but more of a paste and there's actual pistachio nut in it? anyway it was the best. highly recommended
16/06/2025: A cafe that opens early in the morning. It's near the Supreme Court, so it's good for a walk and breakfast. The famous pistachio croissant is quite delicious. It's not the crispy Korean style, but chewy and has pistachio jam inside. The coffee is also delicious and the price is good, so we drink two cups per person. In addition, if you order sandwiches, they'll press them in a panini machine and bake them for you, so I highly recommend it!
