A restaurant decorated in an "old-fashioned" style near the center of Parma. Numerous gluten-free options are on the menu at this AIC-certified establishment. The only flaw, perhaps, is the service: hasty and surly waiters, few smiles, and little patience.

History, Tradition, Ambience... Whether it's a weekday or a weekend, if you go to Cortile you won't be disappointed! Family-run restaurants aren't always the best, but this one is part of that category! From the experience of the kitchen to the kindness in the dining room you will be welcomed by tradition and some novelties revisited by this proposal of Parmigiana cuisine! Homemade pasta of an absolute level, more than four restaurants, this one deserves it! The tagliata that I had as a second course was challenging and satisfying! I will return to try other dishes! Excellent value for money and also a very respectable choice of wines!

Michela and her staff followed us for our wedding, from the first moment we were impressed by the availability and attention they had towards us. They were close to us throughout the process taking care of every little detail approaching with great professionalism. All our guests were positively impressed by the quality of the service with a special mention for the aperitif area. Despite the bad weather, they managed to make plan B above all our expectations: absolutely recommended!

Trattoria in the historic Oltretorrente, offers a welcoming and moderately informal environment, in the sense that the professionalism of the staff is very high along with their cordiality. The culinary offer is wide, and obviously there is no shortage of meat dishes, but I who am almost vegetarian I really appreciated the skill in the preparation of vegetables, of which the chef manages to enhance the crunchiness and flavor in the lasagna, for example, or in the ravioli with eggplant, accompanied by grilled scamorza. They manage to make even the grilled vegetables appetizing, which moreover do not consist only of the usual tasteless and tristanzuoli peppers, eggplants and courgettes. Try the "spaghetti a pugno chiusi" - that is, the tomato sauce that enhances all the ingredients, fresh and wisely dosed -, and the house crème caramel.

Ottimo locale con piatti tipici e, soprattutto, da notare che un celiaco può mangiare TUTTO. Giusto il rapporto qualità prezzo. Simpatico e veloce il personale e molto attenta e professionale la proprietaria che gestisce molto bene il tutto. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei sicuramente.
