History, Tradition, Ambience... Whether it's a weekday or a weekend, if you go to Cortile you won't be disappointed! Family-run restaurants aren't always the best, but this one is part of that category! From the experience of the kitchen to the kindness in the dining room you will be welcomed by tradition and some novelties revisited by this proposal of Parmigiana cuisine! Homemade pasta of an absolute level, more than four restaurants, this one deserves it! The tagliata that I had as a second course was challenging and satisfying! I will return to try other dishes! Excellent value for money and also a very respectable choice of wines!

Michela and her staff followed us for our wedding, from the first moment we were impressed by the availability and attention they had towards us. They were close to us throughout the process taking care of every little detail approaching with great professionalism. All our guests were positively impressed by the quality of the service with a special mention for the aperitif area. Despite the bad weather, they managed to make plan B above all our expectations: absolutely recommended!

Trattoria in the historic Oltretorrente, offers a welcoming and moderately informal environment, in the sense that the professionalism of the staff is very high along with their cordiality. The culinary offer is wide, and obviously there is no shortage of meat dishes, but I who am almost vegetarian I really appreciated the skill in the preparation of vegetables, of which the chef manages to enhance the crunchiness and flavor in the lasagna, for example, or in the ravioli with eggplant, accompanied by grilled scamorza. They manage to make even the grilled vegetables appetizing, which moreover do not consist only of the usual tasteless and tristanzuoli peppers, eggplants and courgettes. Try the "spaghetti a pugno chiusi" - that is, the tomato sauce that enhances all the ingredients, fresh and wisely dosed -, and the house crème caramel.

Excellent, we were served with kindness and professionalism. Wide choice of gluten-free food, and everything, everything really excellent. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

It was love at first sight, kindness, love and goodness are the basis of their service, Michela is wonderful. The chefs, the waiters and everyone are infinitely kind. The food is incredibly good, they have a variety and quality above all. The risottos are wonderful not to mention the buffets, the fried cake is the best I have ever eaten. I chose them for my wedding and I would choose them again 1000 times.

We recommend cold cuts as an appetizer, and Parmesan-style tortelli as a first course (amazing).

Excellent restaurant, one of the very few gluten-free in Parma. Very welcoming, attentive and kind staff. The dishes are very good. Frequented more by locals than tourists, an excellent indicator of the quality of the place.

Siamo venuti in questo ristorante perché certificato AIC (sono celiaca). Non posso che parlarne bene: gentilissimi sia la titolare che tutto il personale, velocissimi nel servizio, il locale accogliente ed il cibo ottimo. Io ho mangiato tagliatelle al ragù bianco e castagne e filetto di maialino con mostarda, il mio compagno anolini in brodo e petto d'anatra con riduzione di vino rosso e melograno. Il mio compagno ha preso anche un calice di rosso (che gli hanno fatto assaggiare diversamente da quanto indicato in altra recensione). L'attenzione a tutte le intolleranze e/o allergie è massima, oltre ad essere celiaca io sono intollerante anche alle proteine del latte e non ho avuto alcun problema. Ah.. quasi dimenticavo: molto buono anche il pane senza glutine ed i cracker che mi sono stati portati, non i soliti commerciali che quando mi propongono lascio regolarmente..
