Best place I tried in Parma! Every dish was rich, flavorful, and well-balanced. From appetizers to desserts, from first courses to second courses.
The anolini were perfect, as was their broth, truly rich in flavor.
The veal was a gem, and the gnocco fritto paired perfectly with the cheeses and cured meats.
They're also truly masters at desserts, with an excellent and varied wine selection.
Special mention to the staff, who were truly kind, helpful, and attentive to their customers' every need.
If you're passing through Parma, this is the place to visit.

Historic restaurant in a quaint area of Parma. I took my mother for dinner and we had a great time. Quality food (the first courses were delicious) and a quiet atmosphere that allows for conversation without shouting. A very positive experience, highly recommended!

A charming and elegant place. Impeccable service and helpful staff. Excellent food, with a dedicated gluten-free and lactose-free menu. The cured meats and parmesan are excellent; the veal cheek and veal tip are highly recommended. The desserts are gluten- and lactose-free, a very hard-to-find combination: naturally, these are also delicious. It's a shame it's in a different city than ours.

Gluten-free menu practically the same as the classic one.
As foreigners, we chose local specialties.
The parmesan appetizer, with 3 textures, is a must-try if you love parmesan.
First course: delicious anolini in broth and the pumpkin ravioli, always excellent. All gluten-free, and you won't even notice that there's gluten!
And watch out for the dessert cart! Be careful, because it's a challenge to choose just one 😃
