A nice and friendly place, a good atmosphere. A very popular place for locals. I'd recommend booking a table beforehand.

Business lunch after conference...... we arrive tired, without booking.....the owner welcomes us with a smile but tells us that he has no place....."please just have a sandwich with cold cuts, we have to return to Piedmont" you must have really pitied him..... 15 minutes and I'll give you a table.
I think it was one of the best lunches I've ever eaten... The creamed cod is a supernatural experience, it's so good.
I don't know how to thank the team for the excellent food and service and once again a huge thank you to the owner who welcomed us despite the place being packed..... thank you, thank you, thank you

Family and courteous welcome. The work is dynamic and professional, with attention paid to the right things.
I ate some excellent gnocchi with donkey stew that were out of this world, paired very well with a bitter and review. The cellar is really very interesting!

For our second lunch of the Veronese weekend, our dear friend decides to take us here, to "ilCappero" in Borgo Trento. We are greeted with a thin focaccia drizzled with oil. After which we continue with the appetizers: Cantabrian anchovies with burratina, fried courgette flowers with a mozzarella foam I think (off the menu), both very good. We continue with the main course: fresh bigoli with musso ragù (donkey ragù), spaghetti with musso ragù, Mediterranean sliced tuna, sliced beef with potatoes and fried seafood. We ended on a high note with the desserts, all homemade: tiramisu, almond millefeuille with cream and strawberries, cream ice cream with strawberries and crème brûlé. All accompanied by a good Sicilian donnafugata. Cozy place and very friendly staff, I recommend!

A guarantee, I would say for quality price the CAPPERO has no equals, staff up to the level of the place, delicious food we will definitely return and I recommend it to everyone. ;)
