17/06/2026: As part of a hotel, the service was, as expected, first-class. The attentive, friendly, and competent service perfectly complemented the quality of the food, which was served in tasteful china. The reasonably priced wine was served in style. Around 8 p.m., the sunshades were retracted, and we were able to sit outside on the terrace overlooking Lake Garda.

16/06/2026: The experience started extremely well, got great tasting wines and the menu looked very appealing. The starters were good all around, bursting with flavor. As we moved towards the mains, the flavors were more in the background, the risotto was carried by my choice of wine. The local fish tasted good, but it was slightly overcooked. The real disappointment, however, was the panna cotta that I had been waiting for (I barely eat any desserts, but cannot bypass a promise of a good pannacotta): it was made with too much haste - completely lacking the usual silky texture and it was grainy instead.The first panna cotta in Italy and probably the worst I have had anywhere.
