An incredible place, nestled among woods and waterfalls. Delicious and plentiful food, presented in a rustic and sincere manner. Almost a thousand meters above sea level, in the middle of the Casentino Forests Park, lies this gem, where you can eat well and in abundance. If you're looking for modern surroundings and a soft atmosphere, look elsewhere; you're the one who's not right for this place. The service is friendly, efficient, and always available, and the prices are very fair for everything mentioned above. You made me fall in love, thank you so much.

My partner and I had dinner at their restaurant after a long, tiring day of trekking. We were greeted by a warm, family atmosphere. They immediately seated us at a table, and before we could even take our orders, they served us delicious, freshly baked focaccia. We ordered two first courses and a second course to share. The wait between courses was almost instant; we were served immediately by their friendly and helpful staff. We also had the chance to try the house red wine. It was simply exquisite. A memorable experience that warmed our hearts and put us in a good mood! Thank you!

We often come to the restaurant for lunch. It's a unique place and highly recommended. The old-fashioned way, where you eat great and leave feeling full and satisfied. Unfortunately, there aren't many like this left. So don't miss it!

Normally, when I eat at a restaurant, I only order one course, but here I ordered an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a side dish: typical Casentino dishes, beautifully cooked and brought to the table with excellent service, so authentic they don't need any salt. Two standouts: the tortelli alla lastra and the passatelli with sausage and mushrooms are superb.

It never disappoints. I always come here to eat with my family on special occasions. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. The value for money is incredible. Even as a vegetarian, I always get delicious food when I come here. Highly recommended.

After a nice walk, we ate at this restaurant. Since there were quite a few of us, we opted for a set menu: mixed antipasti, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (I chose ragù because I don't eat them), picci with venison, and wild boar with salami (which is why it got 4 stars... I thought it was a stew and it didn't taste like wild boar). Apart from the main course, we ate well, with generous portions, and the quality of the cured meats was excellent.

I was on a trip to Badia Prataglia today, and after a walk in the woods, I decided to stop for lunch at this hotel, which also offers a restaurant. Even though it was Sunday and the restaurant was fully booked, the owners took great care to find a table for my wife and me (very kind). The restaurant is popular with hikers, and the decor is simple and welcoming, typical of the area. The menu offers local dishes using local produce. The portions are generous and well-prepared. The service is quick and very important. The prices are reasonable. My wife and I ordered an appetizer, a plate of walnut ravioli, a slice of veal with porcini mushrooms, two side dishes, a half-liter of local wine (very good), and a liter of water. For €50, they offered me coffee and a digestif. I think I'll definitely be back.

We had a very good meal, it's always a pleasure; I recommend you order the duck.
