It's like stepping back in time; this inn is still in the '80s, and it's a bit like visiting your grandparents' house. The atmosphere is immaculate and the furnishings are antique. The view of the hill is breathtaking. The food is divine! The ravioli are enormous and filled with a generous amount of ingredients, delicious! And the wild boar stew is truly spectacular! Highly recommended.

The cook prepares the food as if it were a family Christmas lunch. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù and the classic "steak" what we had... spectacular.. excellent house wine, cantucci and Vino Santo. Excellent service. The Michelin guide should add stars to rate a place like this. Go and you will agree with me. We will definitely be back. Compliments to all the staff.
PS. After 2 days we returned I confirm everything but I would like to point out that in a week in Tuscany this is the only place where we FELT LIKE GUESTS and not the usual tourists to be "plucked". Thank you very much again

Trattoria in a 70s setting in a family building used as a restaurant, homemade pasta but the wild boar sauce didn't excite me! Fritto misto was fairly anonymous, the salad was instead well composed, the price could be there if the environment was a bit renovated!

Honest place, typical Tuscan food with the possibility of eating Florentine steak. Very convenient as a base if you want to go to the Petriolo baths. On the menu I'm not enthusiastic about fried foods and some types of pasta, wild boar and ravioli among my favorites.

Wonderful food, good and good quality.
The cold cuts part of the Tuscan appetizer is wonderful… probably two cheeses would have made yours more complete.
That said, consumer protection is zero, there is no menu, consequently there are no written prices. The dishes are listed, verbally, in a somewhat crude manner, the somewhat gruff/nice manner makes it difficult to ask for specifics.
Finally… a nice sign saying that card payments are not accepted at the entrance.
