Michelin star restaurant so has a high bar and it did not disappoint. Extensive wine list, impeccable service, and steller dishes. Amuse bouche to start, great bread basket, appetizers were on point and main dishes were very flavorful and surprisingly not overly petite. Small dessert tray and lemoncello shots to end the night. They have several different dining options and we were recommended the patio which is BEAUTIFUL. However, we were seated at the end of the patio and did not know it is also a public walkway. We had people walking past us looking at us and our food throughout the night which was a little awkward and tiring. If you sit outside, make sure to not get seated on the end by the corner.

From the moment we stepped in, the host welcomed us with such warmth; I instantly felt at home. Then came Chef Pepe kind, humble, and full of heart. He said, “Tell me what you feel like eating ; even if it’s not on the menu, I’ll make it for you.”
It wasn’t just dinner; it was pure emotion. I felt like a child again; sitting in my grandfather’s kitchen; surrounded by love, comfort, and the scent of something wonderful being made just for me.
Each plate was a masterpiece; crafted with passion, precision, and soul. Every flavor told a story, every bite carried warmth. The waiter’s kindness completed the experience; it felt like family, gathered around the table after years apart.

Put simply, the greatest restaurant experience me and my wife have had in our lives. Every dish, delicious beyond our wildest dreams. Every thing we could have asked for, they went above and beyond. From strange / fussy food requests to something special for our honeymoon, the team made us feel so loved and special. We were lost for words and overjoyed.

A fabulous location, tucked away down a cute cobbled street you enter into the restaurant and are seated in a spacious cellar that feels light, bright and airy. We opted for a tasting menu and every course was divine. The attention to detail is impeccable, with some items looking like art, but not loosing any flavour for it! Service was faultless, staff are super helpful and friendly. We went for a special birthday and our dessert course was served with a candle and a serenade of happy birthday! An absolute MUST visit if you find yourself in Sorrento!

Great food, amazing service. Definitely recommended to everyone. I ordered the I Trust You menu, and the food was definitely beyond expectations. Had the best tempura oyster and beef taco. Remember to book in advance for dinner, the restaurant is super popular and the indoor space was already fully booked by the time I arrived.

I have nothing but praise for this incredible restaurant. For our final night in Italy, we decided to treat ourselves to a special dinner—and it was worth every single penny.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The chef personally came out to greet us and thoughtfully asked about any dietary preferences. As vegetarians, we were blown away by the care and creativity he put into crafting a menu just for us. Every dish was a masterpiece—flavorful, beautifully presented, and made with clear passion.

Visité 10 años al día para celebrar mi 50 cumpleaños. Como antes, la comida era increíble, el personal era increíble, y el chef Peppé estaba atento como la última vez que visitamos, no es común tener un jefe de cocina que le guía a través de un conjunto de cursos de sus deseos y preferencias y realmente escucha. El ambiente era perfecto. Elegí el menú degustador "Confío en ti" y cumplió con mis expectativas. Además tienes un pudín de cumpleaños gratis 🤣

Para nuestro deleite, nuestro conductor recomendó este pequeño restaurante cerca de la Plaza Tasso en Sorrento. Especialmente señaló que los mariscos eran deliciosos y el ámbar que pedimos ciertamente lo confirmó. Il Buco es íntimo, acogedor y romántico, con un servicio ejemplar y comida fantástica. Las selecciones de bandejas de pan solo valió la pena la visita. El camarero era absolutamente fenomenal y amablemente hizo sugerencias más ajustes a nuestros platos como lo solicitamos. Alguien apareció mágicamente con comida cada pocos minutos, y todo estaba delicioso. El vino fue realmente fabuloso y el postre de limón vivirá en mi memoria para siempre, un sabroso homenaje a la mejor fruta de Sorrento. Il Buco es caro y vale cada euro. ¡Qué placer!
