Ottima trattoria rigorosamente dedita alla tradizione toscana. Ottima sia la mia pappa al pomodoro che la boccalona (un. primo con sugo di maglione e molto peperoncino), eccellente la tagliata.

My wife and I ate here almost a year ago on vacation, and we are still talking about how wonderful our evening was at Margherita’s restaurant, Il Barrino. This was our first time eating Florentine steak, and it was amazing! We also enjoyed freshly made pastas, tiramisu, and homemade limoncello - we even went back on a different night of our vacation just to see them again and enjoy more limoncello! Thank you to Margherita and her daughter for making us feel at home and instilling Florence as our favorite place on earth in our memories. We will be back one day!

I advise everyone who passes through Florence to consider it for a lunch or dinner, both for the quality of the food and the kindness of those who manage it. Really friendly staff.

Located outside the nerve center of the mythical, rather than historic, center of Florence, easily reachable by car which can also be parked very close after the shops close (blue lines, but you pay until 8pm). Mrs. M. is a marvel: friendly, helpful and welcoming like her Trattoria, and the dishes you see coming out of the pass on the kitchen door tell of her passion for tradition and taste.

typical Tuscan cuisine with quality and quantity dishes. It is a historic restaurant in the neighborhood, so if it has been open for so many years, there must be a reason. Compliments to the courtesy of all the staff.

19/08/2024: Locale molto grazioso ed elegante con personale preparato e molto cortese. Piatti molto vari che accompagnano piatti della tradizione tutti ben cucinati e con ottime presentazioni. Da provare l'antipasto con fichi noci e zola e il risotto alla liquirizia. Prezzi nella norma, ma è inferiore ad altri ristoranti di Fiesole. Un'ottima scoperta, da provare
