Sono tornata in questo ristorante dopo anni, su consiglio di mio marito che vi era stato per una cena di lavoro. Ho ritrovato la stessa qualità, cortesia e attenzione verso le materie prime e i piatti che ricordavo, ma con più estro, sia nella presentazione, che negli accostamenti di sapori e ingredienti. Ritornerò di sicuro.

I was a guest at the Baglio a few weeks ago, I was invited to an event. The location is well-kept, the exterior of the Baglio is enchanting, the structure set in the fascinating Iblean countryside, between elegance and tranquility. The cuisine is traditional with slight changes pleasing to the palate. Congratulations, a really nice evening
