If you find yourself in Massa Marittime make sure to stop in here for a pizza. It was the only restaurant open on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. But the pizza we had - with spicy salami and sausage - was the best I have had in a very long time. And that includes in NYC and around Italy. It’s an attractive place, decorated in rustic Tuscan style. And the service was friendly and excellent.

Great location with a beautiful view of the Cathedral of San Cerbone in Massa Marittima. The restaurant is cozy and stylishly decorated. The pizza was delicious, and the other dishes were also excellent. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a very nice place to enjoy the day/evening with a great view and good food.

Beautiful restaurant... we were able to sit outside even in mid-October. Toscana crostini, pappardelle with wild boar, and wild boar goulash with potatoes were excellent. A sparkling wine made for a perfect evening. The portions were generous and the prices were extremely reasonable.

We received a very warm welcome and were served promptly. Our pizza and house wine were excellent. I would go back if I'm in the area.

We had a very good meal there, and the price/performance ratio was okay. However, they recommended the daily special "salad with fresh mushrooms" for our starter. Unfortunately, we didn't ask for the price! And then we got a rather tiny salad with a few sliced ​​mushrooms and a few shavings of Parmesan cheese for a whopping €15. We also had a mixed salad, twice the size but without the mushrooms, for €6. We consider the daily special a rip-off, a shame for an otherwise great restaurant. This is what profit maximization looks like. We'll definitely come back to Massa Maritima, but not to this restaurant. I really wonder if you really need it.
