I Tipi Tipici In Faggeto lario

We were in Molina for three days shortly after New Year's Eve. There we were recommended the Tipi Tipici, where we ate for three evenings. Given the quality of the food, we had no desire to eat elsewhere but tried half the menu. From the pasta dishes to the fish and meat dishes to the pizzas, we really enjoyed everything. I particularly liked the ravioli with asparagus, bacon and saffron sauce. The game dishes were also fantastic. The whole thing was served to us by two very nice waitresses, service was also fantastic! Thanks again for that! Last but not least, we found the prices more than reasonable. We also found it very nice that our dogs were also welcome. If we come close again, we will stop there again. The prices below refer to drinks, first and second courses.

A family-run restaurant tucked away between Torno and Bellagio. The two storey features a buzzing bar on the ground floor and a cosy restaurant on the second. The frittoi misto well seasoned and just about right though the batter was a little thick for me; both pastas were the stars of the show. Minced wild boar ragu papardelle was spot on and simple pomodoro beef fettuccine also deserves high praise - it was out of menu and had to be improvised. I should also mention the wine list which was very well stocked and varied. Price point reflects this being a local rather than tourist joint. Bravo !

Nice restaurant with delicious homemade food

Superb find in the middle of tourist addresses. A real Italian canteen with simple and effective dishes. Pleasant staff and warm atmosphere all for a more than affordable price.

Typical restaurant with bar on the ground floor and restaurant upstairs. We ate very well with a varied menu (traditional dishes and pizzas) but above all delicious seasonal suggestions. Good wine. Great value for money and lovely service!!! Fireplace lit...Thank you.

Ormai da anni, questo ristorante è luogo di ritrovo per una mangiate tra amici o parenti. Non c’è stata volta in cui ne siamo usciti insoddisfatti. Piatti ricchi e ben cucinati, buon vino e servizio gentile e professionale.

Cena con amici, e siamo stati benissimo! È un tipico e semplice ristorante situato in un paesino sopra Como, per arrivarci la strada è un po “stretta” ma il panorama è davvero stupendo!!! Rispetto a Como, essendo così in alto, si stava freschi… temperatura gradevole rispetto all’ afa della città di questo periodo ( consiglio di portarsi un maglia 😉). Ognuno di noi ha mangiato un piatto diverso ed era tutto ottimo!! Le porzioni sono belle abbondanti! Disponibilità e cortesia sono di casa!! Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo!!! Consiglio questo ristorante!!
