I tried this restaurant while passing through Tuscany and was very pleasantly surprised. The waitress was very accommodating and took the time to translate the menu into English for us. The food was authentically delicious Italian and, at around €15 for a portion of pasta, a meat dish, and a salad, it was really good value. After the meal, we were offered an espresso, which was also very good. The atmosphere was very cozy and familiar, and you could tell that the restaurant is truly local and homely. All in all, it's definitely worth a visit. :)

I couldn’t leave enough stars for Tipi Tipici. My wife and I stayed in Molina for 3 nights and ended up eating dinner here every night. It is some of the best food we had in all of Italy, especially their pasta dishes. Overall though, the staff here is some of the most wholesome people we’ve ever encountered in our travels. It truly felt like being at a loved one’s home…I don’t know how else to describe it.

A very nice and authentic restaurant in a charming little village above Lake Como. Delicious, high-quality food and a very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. Highly recommended! I recommend making a reservation in advance, as it's very busy. Lots of locals, a true Italian feel. We'd love to come back.

A bit touristy, but it's Como after all. It's a beautiful place with friendly local owners and offers excellent value for money. There's also a nice bar. The lake view is a bit disappointing.

We were thrilled. :)
The pasta and pizzas were delicious and reasonably priced. The house white wine is fruity and delicious and highly recommended. The service was friendly and helpful.
For larger groups, reservations are recommended. If it's just the two of you, it depends on the time. They open at 7 p.m., so they're still fairly busy. An hour later, it was already full, and you might have to wait.
PS: Payment is downstairs at the bar.

Siamo finiti in questo ristorantino in un borgo stupendo sopra il lago di Como oggi per sbaglio. È stata una bellissima sorpresa!!!! Cibo buonissimo e molto abbondante. Servizio super veloce e le due cameriere sono state gentilissime e ci hanno anche dato dei suggerimenti su cosa andare a visitare in zona nel pomeriggio. Unica pecca....è troppo distante da dove vivo! Ma se dovessi ritornare al lago di Como questa diventerebbe una tappa obbligatoria!
