Food was delicious with some special twists on classics. Lovely service, knowledgeable about all ingredients and willing to adjust for certain allergies. Super relaxed atmosphere.

Very nice little restaurant, the lemon spritz was very refreshing. The pizza was fabulous, and the bruschetta was our favorite! We tried a small slice of tart, which was also delicious. Very good service. If you're passing through Matera, this restaurant is worth a stop.

Excellent restaurant, a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Matera. We had a great time with delicious dishes and perfect service. In addition, dietary restrictions are respected, which is ideal.

We came to eat at I Sapori senza gluten for lunch. We were able to eat there and loved the experience. Everything was superb, from the food to the service! My partner, who is neither celiac nor intolerant, also loved it. I recommend it 100%.

The food was average, not much choice, prices higher. The service wasn't the nicest, we were there for lunch alone, so it wasn't because of any rush hour traffic etc.

My wife (who is coeliac) and I visited this place earlier this week. We liked it so much in fact, we ate there twice. Superb gluten free dining with plenty of options. Nice atmosphere and the gentleman serving us with so welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a nice gluten free meal while visiting Matera, definitely give this place a visit.

22/05/2025: Eso fue increíble experiencia y comida. Todo el camino hasta la cima del mundo con experiencia gastronómica y placer para nuestros estómagos. Pulgares ARRIBA y pasar un buen rato T esta verdadera joya En Matera. Quien quiera pasar un buen rato y comer con un Michelin que venga a verlos. Verá que la mayoría de los clientes son locales y los turistas están disfrutando del otro paseo en montaña rusa con una ruleta rusa para ser o no ser. No es una pregunta. Gracias por una gran experiencia y bravo al Chef!
18/05/2025: Ottima esperienza in questo ristorante fuori dal circuito turistico. Se non sai dove è non lo trovi per caso. Frequentato prevalentemente da clientela abituale che viene da fuori Matera per la qualità del loro pesce. Noi abbiamo cenato due sere consecutive a base di pesce crudo e cotto. Tutto eccellente a cominciare dal pane e dalla focaccia coi pomodori di inizio pasto. Materia prima di grande qualità, cucinata molto bene e servita con attenzione. I prezzi sono allineati alla qualità senza essere eccessivi. Una nota speciale la riservo per la gentilezza, la simpatia e disponibilità dei titolari e di tutto lo staff. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nonostante non ci avessero mai visto prima, rendendo le nostre serate speciali.

12/11/2025: The place is very nice and the staff very attentive. I ordered a filet alla Rossini because I was craving meat. They asked me how I wanted it cooked and explained that it would come with potatoes and Madeira sauce. When I cut into my steak, it turned out to be a beet! I couldn't believe it. It wasn't even good enough for a vegan dish. A vegan dish is prepared, not just a boiled beet. Anyway, they replaced it and admitted their mistake. They brought me some very well-prepared meat, but a very small portion. And everything was very expensive. But the beet incident will go down in history as a funny anecdote.
03/11/2025: I had the opportunity to try Le Bubbole restaurant and was truly thrilled. The food is excellent, with dishes crafted with attention to detail and perfectly executed flavor combinations. You can sense the passion and research behind every course, showcasing local ingredients. Special praise goes to Emilio, who was extremely professional, attentive, and kind: his impeccable service made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food and authentic hospitality.
