I Sapori Senza Glutine In Matera

While passing through Matera we wanted to find a place where our celiac daughter could eat. We took takeaway pizzas (by weight) and we were not disappointed... Incredibly tasty!!!

The pizzas are different from what we’re used to, but very tasty. Everything in this pizzeria is gluten-free. Even if you eat it for dinner, it doesn’t feel heavy. Excellent.

Good gluten free restaurant A good selection of options. Online menu was a bit of a faff, would have preferred to have seen all options in one place rather than go back and forth.

I tried two types of focaccia and found them super good! Go there and you will definitely be satisfied!

A place where, as the owner said, you can also breathe gluten and lactose free air! 😁 we took a platter of cured meats and some amazing bruschetta, the pizza was also good but, as a Neapolitan, I'm used to other types of pizzas. The owner was very kind and helpful and served us with care. The only flaw: assuming that we were there on a Saturday evening, finding the parking was a real hell, we walked around for an hour and a half before finding a place; but it was worth it. I recommend it to all celiacs and lactose intolerants! 😁

Nice place and unique because it has a completely gluten-free menu. A bit expensive in comparison to the portion size, but may be normal for Matera due to it being a tourist place.

There is nothing better to ask for, we just wait to return.

Interestingly, this was one of my favourite meals in a 10 day trip to Italy. Certainly the best cooked and presented. I’m not gluten free but my partner is (both gluten free and vegan) so it was a little haven. Very refined food, professional, and excellent house white wine (that I have no idea what it was). Not big portions, so the sort of place to splash out on multiple courses.

Sono stata in questo posto due volte, la prima è stata diversi anni fa, prima del covid, l'ultima invece è più recente, Marzo. In entrambe le occasioni sono rimasta stupita piacevolmente. I prodotti senza glutine sono di prima qualità e deliziosi, ovviamente c'è la massima attenzione e impegno alla non contaminazione. Ultimamente ho assaggiato la focaccia nelle varie versioni disponibili, una più saporita dell'altro. Ma anche della prima volta ho ricordi molto positivi del ristorante. Consiglio a tutti i celiaci che passano per Matera di venirci assolutamente e di provare sia il menu del ristorante che i prodotti freschi di panetteria. Anche la bellezza del ristorante (da non sottovalutare la posizione super centrale) e la disponibilità del personale mi hanno colpito in positivo. Andateci e non ve ne pentirete.
