We came to eat at I Sapori senza gluten for lunch. We were able to eat there and loved the experience. Everything was superb, from the food to the service! My partner, who is neither celiac nor intolerant, also loved it.
I recommend it 100%.

The food was average, not much choice, prices higher. The service wasn't the nicest, we were there for lunch alone, so it wasn't because of any rush hour traffic etc.

My wife (who is coeliac) and I visited this place earlier this week. We liked it so much in fact, we ate there twice. Superb gluten free dining with plenty of options. Nice atmosphere and the gentleman serving us with so welcoming and friendly.
If you are looking for a nice gluten free meal while visiting Matera, definitely give this place a visit.

The place is small but beautifully decorated, with excellent table layout.
We stopped for a snack and my wife and I chose two appetizers (excellent and plentiful) and my son a good sliced steak. Everything was excellent.

Ambiente semplice ed essenziale, l’addetto del servizio in sala ci ha trasmesso subito sicurezza e consapevolezza di un ambiente non contaminato. Ci ha consigliato il menù degustazione che abbiamo accolto con piacere accompagnato da un buon rosso locale. I piatti sono andati ben oltre la semplice spiegazione, facendo esplodere un mondo di sapori da cucina gourmet. Un perfetto equilibrio e bilanciamento senza eccessi. Cottura e qualità della pasta eccellente, dolci da favola. Consiglio vivamente di acquistare anche i loro prodotti in vetrina.
