For me, it's a thousand... excellent service! A very pleasant Italian guy, and how wonderful to have his own staff wait on you. The most delicious carbonara and Bolognese mezze I've ever made. And the house wine smells so good when it reaches my table. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend! We came with a baby and stroller and were warmly welcomed. Lasagna was superb and the gluten free pasta very good!

We've been coming to this restaurant for years and have always found the same courtesy, attention to detail, and consistently fresh food. The scent of Sardinia is always present. The kindness and friendliness of the staff is the icing on the cake. We were even here at Christmas and felt right at home. We'll definitely be back.

I Quattro Mori is a welcoming and familiar place, where you immediately feel at home. The staff is friendly and polite, attentive without ever being intrusive. The cuisine is excellent: well-executed traditional Roman dishes with a touch of Sardinian flair that adds even more flavor and originality. A delightful discovery, we'll definitely be back! Gran hostería tradicional que está justo al lado de la carretera principal en Aurelio, cerca de la calle. Plaza de Pedro. Pasamos por aquí en algunas ocasiones, pero no nos aventuramos ya que desconfío de los restaurantes que no muestran un menú afuera.
Sin embargo, los lugareños y los turistas más aventureros parecen no haber sido postergados, ya que el lugar a menudo está lleno de gente.
Nuestro lugar original para nuestra última noche en Roma había cerrado temprano, así que pensamos que le daríamos una oportunidad a este lugar, y estamos contentos de que lo hicimos.
Tomé saltimbocca, una primicia para mí, y Shona optó por una carbonara. Ambos eran de muy buena calidad.
