Splendid example of recovery of historic buildings and places. It's worth a visit for that alone. It offers aperitifs and meals for both lunch and dinner.

I highly RECOMMEND this place, we visited on November 20, 2024, it’s our wedding anniversary, we’re traveling. Everything is VERY TASTY, COOKED VERY FAST, VERY ATMOSPHERIC, in my opinion. ;)

The restaurant is created from the old mills of Dolo, therefore very characteristic, the dishes tasted decent but the service needs to be reviewed. 20 minutes waiting for the ordered water and 2 glasses of wine, 40 minutes waiting for the starters and the same for the first courses. I think there is little staff in the kitchen and little organization considering that our dishes were identical to those of the neighboring table but they were served quickly, it was enough to prepare the dishes together. The waiter, perhaps the manager of the restaurant, when asked if he had a certain wine, showed me the wine menu saying that they had those. I would say a place without too many pretensions.

Nice little restaurant, very long wait to take an order. The staff are smiling and do their best to make themselves understood with customers who are not Italian.

Siamo stati a cena in questo posto affascinante. Si tratta di una enoteca e ristorante dentro un vecchio mulino del Dolo. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene con piatti gustosi, genuini e di ottima qualità! Vino eccellente. Non ho trovato alcun difetto a questo posto. Personale gentilissimo. Noi siamo stati seguiti da Manuel con professionalità e tanta simpatia. Prezzo corretto. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Plat de cozze ( moules ) et clovis ( palourdes ), un régal. Historique de l'endroit sur l'envelope du menu, à lire, très intéressant. Il semblerait que le mouvement de l'aube du moulin soit perpétuel ( on pourrait le croire ), très ingénieux. A conseiller.
