The staff is always super welcoming and helpful, while the location is beautiful and well-kept. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet full of high-quality products are also excellent. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, very friendly staff, excellent services. SPA and pool basic but well furnished and with a relaxing atmosphere. The mattress of the bed that seems to sink needs to be changed.

Beautiful resort in a nineteenth-century villa a stone's throw from Lake Trasimeno. The rooms have been renovated with taste and attention to detail, leaving the style of the period but with all the comforts. The idea of ​​being able to reserve the wellness area for an hour is nice. The pool is large and overlooks an olive grove. Very large garden with vegetable garden and vineyard, really well-kept and where it is a pleasure to walk. A special mention goes to the restaurant of the structure: we tasted the excellent dishes of the chef prepared with local ingredients and accompanied by an excellent wine. Very good and varied buffet breakfast with both sweet and savory options. Excellent prices for the service offered.

We returned to this property after 6 years and it proved to be a confirmation. Everything perfect, pampered in a location with attention to style and services offered.

I spent Valentine's evening in this place, and I can say that getting there was worth it! The room was very nice, quiet and spacious. The only things that could be improved are the strength of the shower jet and the absence of hand soap in the bathroom. The excellent restaurant, very intimate, non-dispersive environment and the dishes delicious, we appreciated everything from the aperitif to the desserts. The breakfast was also excellent! Note of merit to the staff, from the girl who welcomed us to the waiters, all very professional, non-intrusive and calm. The price is worth the offer! The structure is not made to accommodate a large number of people and this is, in my opinion, a great advantage, especially on occasions such as Valentine's Day!

Elegant and charming structure. The spa and the heated swimming pool overlooking the splendid garden are beautiful, especially at night, very suggestive! Extremely attentive and trained staff, we felt pampered!
