A beautiful old property. The pool (additional charge) is also accessible to non-hotel guests. It's about a 20-minute walk to the town center (through the grounds of the neighboring clinic). Unfortunately, we discovered that instead of the large, park-like grounds with beautiful fig trees, an ugly supermarket now obstructs the view. The pool, which resembles a public outdoor swimming pool, is very crowded, especially on summer weekends! If we stay again, it would only be for an overnight stop. Therefore, only three stars.

As someone with a disability, all the hotel staff were very attentive to my comfort. Breakfast was very good. I tried the dinner twice and it was delicious. You should try the homemade tiramisu. The outdoor seating areas were also nice.

Quiet hotel, spacious rooms, albeit a bit dated (frayed and stained carpeting). There's still a wall-mounted hairdryer, the box type that doesn't actually dry. The spacious bathroom has a renovated shower stall, but the doors are oversized. The breakfast service was good, attentive to food intolerances and preparation.

10/03/2026: On a Veneto highway, right where the world seems to pass by without stopping, lies Osteria Al Baston in Ponzano. It's a simple place, almost spartan, but for that very reason, authentic. No frills, no fuss: just honest, local dishes, made with seasonal, home-grown ingredients. The radicchio with lard is one of those things that makes you smile inside: bitter and soft, perfectly blended, as if the Veneto region had decided to express itself in a single bite. The atmosphere is warm, familiar, like a meeting place: perhaps you drop in by chance, for a quick lunch or a glass of local wine, and you'll happily end up staying, chatting slowly. Amidst all the rush, time slows down here, and that's a good thing. It's the kind of osteria that makes you think: well, it's still possible to find places like this. Also recommended for simple business lunches.

01/03/2026: A casual, spacious, and clean place. Suitable for evenings with friends and birthday parties. The food offers a variety: in addition to pizzas, toasted sandwiches, club sandwiches, fried foods, and cutlets, you can also choose from ice cream, desserts, and crepes. The service was a bit chaotic, but considering the crowds on a Saturday night, I think that's understandable.
