The food was absolutely wonderful — perfect flavor, texture, and portion size. Service was prompt and attentive throughout the meal, and the children were also exceptionally well taken care of and served. Highly recommended for anyone seeking culinary excellence in the Parma region.

A change for the worse compared to how it was before. Tables without tablecloths, some uncomfortable because they're too high. Menus only with QR codes, not practical for an elderly person. Tradition is gone. The atmosphere is cold, neither meat nor fish. I'm sorry.

Beautiful restaurant with very good traditional cuisine, friendly and helpful staff. We ate very well, the only downside being a bit pricey. But overall, it's well worth it. I recommend it.

Excellent food, good service, but the acoustics are inadequate. With the room two-thirds full, it's already difficult to hold a conversation. When possible, it's definitely best to use the outside tables.

Well-kept and clean place, excellent service...and well-cooked food, never a dish with raw parts. The staff is always available, never a complaint and beautiful waitresses. I recommend an evening with friends and relatives.

Excellent food... some dishes with prices a little out of the market... some others with quantities not adequate for the price... but excellent place, clean, tasteful... all seasoned with a very engaging atmosphere... a small note... the horse ravioli seasoned with that pepper sauce just have nothing to do with it... the pepper covers all the flavor of the ravioli and the horse meat...

Ho pranzato all'Hostaria Tre Ville in compagnia della famiglia della mia ragazza, e nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza. Il locale è molto bello, dallo stile moderno ed elegante, perfetto per un pranzo in compagnia o un’occasione speciale. Il menù propone piatti legati alla tradizione emiliana, con qualche rivisitazione. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto di salumi, torta fritta e giardiniera, che però mi ha lasciato un po’ perplesso: porzione piuttosto piccola rispetto ad altre esperienze simili in città, e qualità discreta ma non memorabile. La giardiniera era buona ma non particolarmente sorprendente. Il piatto che mi ha davvero colpito è stato il baccalà con polenta fritta: ben cucinato, gustoso e presentato con cura. Anche i dolci sono interessanti, in particolare il profiterol scomposto, da assemblare al momento con sac à poche di crema e ganache al cioccolato: un’idea originale e divertente, che dà un tocco interattivo al fine pasto. In sintesi, un ristorante curato e piacevole, con una cucina buona e qualche dettaglio ancora da affinare. Tornerei volentieri, magari provando altri piatti del menù.

Abbiamo provato questo ristorante su suggerimento di un amico, durante un viaggio di lavoro in zona; davvero un’ottima occasione, tanto che cisiamo tornati anche la sera successiva! Il locale è molto gradevole, ed il personale assolutamente gentile ed efficiente. Tutti i cibi che abbiamo provato, della cucina tradizionale locale, erano veramente ottimi: freschezza, genuinità e cura negli accostamente e nella presentazione. Avendo avuto due occasioni, abbiamo provato diverse portate, dagli antipasti ai primi, ed i dolci: “torta fritta”, salumi, carni, pasta fatta in casa…tutto ottimo. Cantina all’altezza. Rapporto qualità/prezzo direi molto buono, considerato il locale e la qualità del cibo proposto. Lo consiglio, e spero di tornarci presto!
