Siamo stati in questo locale durante il nostro tour a Montagnana ed è stata una bella scoperta. Menù interessante con proposte originali, ho pranzato con tartare di fassona e cube roll di scottona, livello eccellente. Il locale è elegante in chiave moderna con cura dei dettagli ed è davvero accogliente. Servizio cortese e efficiente, un ottimo intermezzo.

The restaurant is elegant and this elegance is also perceived in the service and dishes. The ham is delicate and sweet, the risotto is very good and you can taste all the ingredients, finally the braised meat, with its brown base, is tender and tasty.

Place chosen for a family lunch in Montagnana, trusting the previous reviews. Upon our arrival I had an excellent impression, elegant location, courteous service without being pressured, pleasant background music accompanied us throughout the lunch, it was all very pleasant. The menu is very rich and the choice of dishes was very hard-fought. We were welcomed by an entrée from the kitchen, a delicate lentil cream, we then continued with a taste of the Montagnana ham, a typical local one, some then chose the angus carpaccio (I would have preferred the Monte Veronese in a separate cream though ), while I found the marinated pumpkin with Grana Padano foam to be an original dish in its presentation, and the Fassona steak with mushrooms was also good. We then continued with some tortelloni with porcini mushrooms and homemade bacon, and some with some really soft and tasty donkey stew. Also promoted is the Wellington-style quail breast with black truffle. We concluded with some desserts, the three chocolate mousse was very delicate, while in the pistachio zuccotto, the chocolate that covered it dominated the taste of the pistachio filling a little too much. Overall, a lunch that satisfied us, certainly a restaurant I would like to return to.

A 75 cl bottle of water in Montagnana 6 euros seems out of context to me a side dish a small plate of salad 7 euros 3 euros per person cover charge all out of proportion.

È una certezza, a cena con moglie e figli per l’anniversario di matrimonio, a distanza di quasi un anno qualità dei cibi impeccabile. Io ho optato per pesce antipasto del bàcaro e aragosta come seconda portata, la moglie e figli per carpaccio di angus con monte veronese e finferli freschi e come seconda portata costolette d’agnello (spaziali!) e filetto di baccalà. Tutto perfetto

Unfortunately their Venetian gnocchi do not include tomato, which is a shame.
