We discovered this truly characteristic osteria. Excellent food, professional and extremely courteous staff. They feel like family. We took advice from the elderly man on duty, who, with his smile and humility, was able to tell us what to eat. A 10 is the score on the report card.

Pranzo improvvisato. Locale in piazzetta appartata e tranquilla frequentato da veronesi per l’80%. Possibilità di menu del giorno (primo+secondo) a 15 euro (tutti i giorni a pranzo dal lunedì a venerdì). Optiamo però per menù alla carta. 1 Polenta gorgonzola lardo soppressa ottima e abbondante. 2 Risotto amarone e tartufo davvero speciale. 1 Dessert della casa. 60 euro vino compreso. Servizio cordiale. Ci tornerò sicuramente. PS chiuso le sere di martedì mercoledì e domenica.

06/08/2025: A delicious meal at a good price. The service was exceptionally friendly and English-speaking. We felt very comfortable and returned home full and happy. The air conditioning was available, but the main room was extremely cold. The conservatory was pleasant, although quite noisy due to the fans. Therefore, one star deducted for the ambience.
