Excellent hospitality, excellent traditional dishes.

The restaurant is one of those "chef does what he feels like" kinda places that doesn't have a consistent menu, and boy does the chef know what he's doing. Food was great, and service was fantastic. The chef was really warm, welcoming, friendly, inviting, and everything a foreigner who doesn't speak Italian needs. Can recommend. We ended up spending EUR 29.50 per person

Conocimos por primera vez a Antonio (el propietario) mientras nuestro SatNav nos conducía a un alegre baile. Nos detuvimos fuera de Hosteria y le pedimos instrucciones. A pesar de que íbamos a cenar con un competidor, saltó en su coche para mostrarnos el camino. ¡Qué bondad! Volvimos un par de noches después, disfrutamos de una hospitalidad excepcional (un saludo especial a la hija de Antonio, Julia, que nos hizo sonreír) , y buena comida y vino. Hay una alcoba maravillosa con una sola mesa. Lo disfrutamos tanto, que reservamos para una cena de repetición la noche siguiente. Tu amabilidad te hizo ganar negocios, Antonio - y tu comida, vino y hospitalidad nos trajo de vuelta por más.

A restaurant that turned out to be a real surprise, starting from the quality dishes and the excellent service to the utmost courtesy and friendliness of the owner... we had the opportunity to try the local cuisine, which recalls the tasty flavors of our grandmother, as well as wine and oil of excellent quality; to come back!!

Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Hosteria La Serra is a must-try.

Esto es sin el mejor restaurante en Massafra y pueblos de los alrededores. Si estás en la zona este es un restaurante obligado para visitar. El propietario / anfitrión Antonio es increíble y un gran anfitrión. Él es muy atento, divertido y súper conocedor de la comida y la zona alrededor de Massafra, incluyendo la increíble gravina. La comida es totalmente auténtica del sur de Italia y el chef Romina hace las comidas más excelentes. La comida está hecha de productos locales, así que cambia regularmente, pero hable con Antonio cuando llegue y le recomendará la mejor comida del día. No te arrepentirás de visitar La Serra.
