Last day of the year, all the restaurants closed for lunch in view of the preparations for the dinner, only Antonio gave us hospitality and together with his staff who opened the doors of his house to us, surprising us with his dishes and with a unique welcome . Antonio, il proprietario, è molto simpatico, e sa il fatto suo. Riesce a rifilarti quello che propone. Il definitiva si mangia bene sebbene non sia eccezionale. Una pecca sono i prezzi, non coerenti con la quantità delle portate. Due antipasti (ne avevamo chiesto uno solo da dividere in due!), due primi e due calici di vino oltre 70 €. Sinceramente, dovessi trovarmi da quelle parti, cercherei altre soluzioni.

Domenica di passaggio verso Matera. Break a Massafra. Per caso abbiamo vi siamo fermati davanti un piazzale alle ore 14.00 all'osteria la Serra uno dei pochi aperti. Malgrado fosse al completo ci ha suggerito uno nelle vicinanze e presi sempre più dalla fame abbiamo avuto grande delusione di aver trovato chiuso. Siamo tornati chiedendo almeno un panino... ci ha guardati e ci ha fatti sedere un un bellissimo angolo dove c'era un profumo di cucina deliziosa. Ci ha subito portato del pane taralli e olive con una buona birra non filtrata. Poi senza attesa ci ha portato diverti assaggi di antipasti e non solo, che ci hanno letteralmente stupiti dalla bontà. Altro che panino! Dire grazie è dir poco. Tutto stra buono eccellente e dal cuore grande grande! Commossi!
