You can immediately sense how much he loves what he does: he explains each dish expertly, carefully selects the pairings, and knows every detail of the ingredients, even their shelf life! When he receives a compliment, his eyes light up: it's touching to see how much he truly cares about offering the best. The menu is simple but carefully chosen, with just a few dishes, all fresh, balanced, and well-thought out. Every course has a purpose; nothing is left to chance. Plus, the service is impeccable: polite, helpful, and always ready to find solutions for any special requests. Truly one of the best services we've ever experienced in a restaurant, even in tourist destinations where the tendency is often to "fill up."
