Excellent fixed menu lunch. A generous serving of pasta ala Amatriciana followed by an octopus salad with potatoes and a mixed green salad. The octopus was a pleasant surprise on the menu and was tender and well done. Others in the group enjoyed lamb skewers and scrambled gags. Everything fresh, well prepared with friendly service. 14 euros.

I was there for a dinner with friends, the restaurant is surrounded by green countryside, the interior is pleasant. The quality of the dishes is very good, everything we ordered was of good quality and well done. The downside is the service, which needs to be reviewed, we waited an hour and a half before we were served the first course. Plus the waitress who served us mistook our plates of roast meat.

Great food (tasting menu for €32), super friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I can only recommend the restaurant without reservation. But a special specialty has to be the grilled meat. This is prepared over an open wood fire.

23/08/2024: Ristorante piccolo e semplice e fronte lago. Dispone di spazio esterno per godersi la vista sul Lago Trasimeno. Ottimo cibo, cucinato bene e sia la proprietaria che la ragazza che serve ai tavoli, molto gentili e veloci. Pranzetto veloce perché ero un pò di fretta e contenta della scelta! Alla prossima.
11/08/2024: Locale piccolo e tranquillo con panorama fantastico e personale molto gentile! Personalmente ho trovato i piatti nella media, l’antipasto era molto buono, ma il primo e la frittura non mi hanno fatto impazzire. Il conto invece, un po’ alto..

Il Maniero di Assisi

24/11/2024: FANTASTIC place to relax in nature, despite being a stone's throw from the center of Assisi. Very friendly and helpful staff!
13/08/2024: We stayed in this beautiful farmhouse together with friends and our children and we had a really good time. The swimming pool is surrounded by greenery, you can relax there or go to visit Assisi which is 15 minutes away by car. Breakfast is buffet and plentiful. The staff and owner are very kind and hospitable and the rooms are simple and clean.
