I stayed at the Hotel Hartmann in Ortisei and the experience was simply spectacular. The hotel has an intimate and refined atmosphere, perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. Everything is extremely tidy and meticulously maintained, from the common areas to the rooms, which are tastefully furnished with contemporary Alpine elegance. One of its strong points is undoubtedly the free transfer service to the ski lifts, extremely convenient and punctual. Its proximity to the lifts makes the hotel perfect for both winter skiers and those who want to explore the Dolomites in the summer without stress. The real surprise, however, was the view from the room: simply sensational. Waking up with the Dolomites before your eyes is a feeling difficult to describe. In short: an elegant, welcoming, and perfectly organized hotel, ideal for a quality stay in Ortisei. I would return without hesitation. 🌿🏔️

I stayed here for 1 night. We arrived in the night, but this hotel felt so cozy and nice. It was such an experience. They have a bar named honesty bar, where you can serve a lot of drinks like coffee, cocktai, beer etc. The spa has such a vibe. Is very nice. They provide everything for you. I totally recomand it

Exceptional. A gem. The service was one of the best we have experienced- personalised, like a family, with heart but professionalism. The room we had was very pretty, had all you needed, and guests were exceptionally considerate and quiet.the saunas are lovely, beautiful atmosphere (small suggestion: change the music in the main sauna). Service offered by the hotel were extremely helpful. You get free bus tickets as well as a shuttle service to the ski lift from the hotel. Also, the breakfast buffet is exceptional and the quality of the food is wonderful. The hotel included a 24/7 “honesty bar” or hotel guests could make their own tea coffee and have cake. Overall, we would very highly recommend this hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable stay during the Christmas period! My wife and I stayed at this splendid property a few years ago, and looking back at some photos reminded us of how wonderful that time was. The hotel is truly fabulous: there's no shortage of attention to guests; we felt pampered, served, and revered at every moment. The wellness center is relaxing and perfectly organized, completely available to guests. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, with impeccable cleanliness that would make even the best hotels in the area envious. Breakfast is a real highlight: sumptuous, with fresh, homemade products, capable of satisfying every taste. A huge compliment to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism, and a special thanks to the owner, a truly down-to-earth person, humble, and respectful towards both guests and his staff. We'll definitely be back! ❤️

There are very important facilities i want to highlight!!! There are sauna / steam room / UV bathing room/ Hot-Cold Shower room/ blue-red light room/ relaxing room available for the guests!!! We are sooo amazed about these facilities. (Unfortunately i did not bring my phone with me downstair to take a picture of those facilities) There is nothing that is not good about this hotel! Amazing!!! Absolutely Brilliant!!!! You can see from the room with the greatest balcony, the breakfast options which was beyond our expectation we enjoyed the breakfast so much. The lady at the reception was very sweet, polite and helpful. There is a bus station outside(The hotel do provide QRcode for free bus) to get to the town (less than 5 mins)

Breakfast is simple but excellent, and the staff is very friendly. 3-6 desserts are complimentary (the chocolate desserts are so delicious ㅠㅠ). However, it's a bit far from downtown. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop, and it's an uphill walk from downtown to the accommodation.

We absolutely loved Hotel Hartmann! We stayed for only one night after spending four days hiking hut-to-hut in the mountains, and it was such a treat. We were able to leave our suitcases for a few days while we hiked, and they were waiting in our room when we arrived. The hotel is way more luxurious than we expected, with a super fluffy bed, above and beyond service, fantastic breakfast, and a peaceful wellness space with saunas and a steam room. The self-service beverages and snacks are a great touch as well. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time here and couldn’t enjoy our massive balcony as it was raining. The location is beautiful and you can enter the walking path from the backyard, but it’s worth noting that most restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk (there is no meal service beyond breakfast); not too far, but something to keep in mind after a long hike! Also, while shampoo is provided, conditioner is not, but that seems common in the region. A huge thanks to Hotel Hartmann and the wonderful staff for a stay we won’t forget!

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel Hartmann is quiet and charming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, our dog received a bag with a water bowl, poop bags, and treats. The room was clean, and we had a beautiful view (we were at the back of the hotel). Next to the hotel is a path where you can walk your dog, which leads to the village. It's about a 10-15 minute walk.
