Love love love this hotel. We have been to other hotels with similar price but it was no match to this hotel. The breakfast was AMAZING.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel has a lovely, homely feel and is situated just outside of town in a very peaceful area. It’s only about a 15-minute walk into town, or you can hop on the free bus for a quick 2-minute ride. Getting to the main attractions was super easy from here. The rooms were cosy and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection to choose from, and the morning cappuccinos were fantastic. We also really enjoyed the self-help bar — such a nice touch! We love Ortisei and would love to come back to visit in the winter months — and we would happily stay here again. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

We had a short but wonderful stay at Hartmann. Such a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a self-serving bar that opens 24 hours. That’s a brilliant idea! We love our stay there. It’s a short walk to quite a few good food options. 15-20 minutes walk to both the Seceda cable car station and the Seiser Alm cable car station. At the same time it’s also quiet in the evening.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The view is spectacular. The interior is meticulously maintained, down to the smallest details. BUT: - Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, meaning if you arrive early after a motorcycle trip, you'll have to wait outside the hotel in the rain until 2:00 PM. - There's a small spa, but there are no bathrobes in the room, and even worse, there's no phone to call the receptionist. We had to call the hotel from our cell phone; a person from another hotel answered, and only after a while did we get our bathrobes. - Corner room with a beautiful view, but a bathroom so small you can barely fit in, and even worse, no shelf or hook to hang towels. In conclusion: very poor value for money. It's very expensive considering the inconvenience.

We loved it! It's a small and cozy hotel. The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at in the Dolomites!

We felt like home in this beautiful boutique hotel. Everything is well taken care of and front desk is very friendly and helpful. The free sauna area is like a spa with plenty of room to relax. Breakfast is delicious with huge selection. Would love to come back!

Chalet Hartmann in Ortisei completely won us over. It’s a small, stylish boutique hotel with a ton of character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing genuine hospitality that made a real difference. The complimentary breakfast was spot-on: great quality, plenty of variety, and a solid way to start the day. The location’s ideal too. It’s about a 15-minute walk into town, which we actually enjoyed - peaceful and with great views. If you're looking for a cozy, quiet spot with top-notch service and charm, this place delivers. We’ll absolutely be coming back.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with excellent attention to detail. The staff is very kind and always willing to serve. The unique location, right next to the river, offers a wonderful atmosphere and relaxing view. A really nice experience!
