It was magical, like a fairy tale, I didn't expect it...I recommend everyone who passes through the area to spend a day and a night there...Wonderful is an understatement

Very quiet place and location. Finally hotel without children.. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean facility and rooms. Rich and good breakfast. Free access to the Sauna which is intimate and delicious to say the least, not to mention the lounge always available, night and day...a romantic and relaxing weekend. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

A very pleasant stay at Chalet/Hotel Hartmann! Ideally located just 10 minutes walk from the city center, we were positively surprised by the quality of the welcome and the facilities. The rooms are spacious, with extremely comfortable bedding. Access to the spa is available all day, and it is perfectly equipped to offer a true moment of relaxation. The breakfast, copious and varied, was also a real treat. Finally, a big thank you to the team for their warm welcome and their availability throughout our stay.

Amazing chalet/hotel! I would highly recommend it to friends and family. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the trust-based bar and free afternoon snack bar are fantastic! The spa and rooms are also wonderful, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The only small downside is that there isn’t a restaurant for a relaxing dinner on-site if you prefer to stay in after a long day, but that’s just a minor note. We had a fantastic stay here! Room was great with a lovely balcony and breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff is extremely kind and helpful—we encountered some big issues with our rental car company, and the staff offered to call them for us to try and help. The hotel is walkable to town center in 15-20mins. Grazie!

One of our favorite stays in Italy. Super friendly staff, help your self honor bar with great balcony’s overlooking the valley. Wellness spa with saunas, steam, infrared rooms. The breakfast was great and the server was the nicest woman. Ortisei is a very cool area to explore and ride gondola’s up to breathtaking views.
