Hartmann In Castelrotto

Chalet Hartmann in Ortisei completely won us over. It’s a small, stylish boutique hotel with a ton of character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing genuine hospitality that made a real difference. The complimentary breakfast was spot-on: great quality, plenty of variety, and a solid way to start the day. The location’s ideal too. It’s about a 15-minute walk into town, which we actually enjoyed - peaceful and with great views. If you're looking for a cozy, quiet spot with top-notch service and charm, this place delivers. We’ll absolutely be coming back.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with excellent attention to detail. The staff is very kind and always willing to serve. The unique location, right next to the river, offers a wonderful atmosphere and relaxing view. A really nice experience!

So cozy, comfortable. Best bed so far on our vacation in Italy. Great breakfast. 3 kind of saunas. Infrared red, dry, and steam. Great views, easy walk into town.

Small adults-only hotel just outside Ortisei. 9 rooms in total. Very welcoming and kind staff. Clean and tidy room, bathroom with hydromassage tub. Ski room available and transport by minibus to the nearby slopes. The breakfasts are amazing!
