Truffle pasta and toppato penne are so delicious. It seems like a lot of locals come here and the staff are very friendly. Don't wait too long in a strange place, come here. Very delicious and friendly.

Nice lunch in piazza Santo Spirito. The ribollita (popular soup in Tuscany) was wonderful, and the wine choices were good. The staff were all super kind. Unfortunate that guys selling stuff pestered us multiple times at our outside table.

Che dire....un vero personaggio!! Simpatia goliardia e tanta attenzione e professionalità! Segue tutto con estrema e rigida accortezza , perché il cliente non deve essere solo soddisfatto ma " coccolato" .. il locale è in pazza santo Spirito, nel cuore di Firenze ...e incastonato in questa preziosa alcova , c'è il nostro Gustapanino... Qui gusti la tradizione con un tocco di genialità... forse follia è più azzeccata, conoscendo il padrone di casa ...Taglieri , polpette, patate arrosto , panini, primi piatti , tagliate .. qui tutto è fatto con attenzione al prodotto è alla qualità... Noi abbiamo scelto il locale per dare un tocco effervescente ad una cena di lavoro...e Pasquale come sempre ,non ci ha deluso ... Tappa più che consigliata se si passa da Firenze... Pasquale è perfetto , anche a Natele o Ferragosto Un grazie a Gustapanino e a tutto lo staff
