Beautiful location and excellent lunch (the fish carpaccio and seafood pasta were both delicious). The owners were very professional, kind, and welcoming, even with our dog. Thank you!

We arrived at the Count's Grotto in the early evening, my beloved and I, seeking relief from that incessant heat. The food served transcended mere nutrition; here, chemistry became art, and the chef, like a modern-day alchemist, made the little things precious. Nothing is greater than the little things. Without the bitter, however, the sweet isn't so sweet. Even though it was in the sweet that my beloved found a fleeting smile.

It's a unique place—or rather, magical. For my family and I, it's always a wonderful experience, both for the high-quality food and the breathtaking view, not to mention the friendliness of the owners and waiters. I always gladly return whenever I can.

The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is impeccable, even rather prompt, serving traditional seafood dishes such as sautéed mussels and clams along with fried fish, and finally desserts such as tiramisu and lemon cheesecake, all beautifully presented.

They are truly excellent when it comes to pasta, and the portions were generous, including dessert. A romantic place with good service. The comments about mosquitoes are true, but we noticed they didn’t bother much when we kept the table light off.

08/09/2025: I went to this place yesterday for the first time, I didn't think the meat was so good and tender.. thin and quality horse meat slice, excellent pork strips.. service could be improved a bit but I would go there again.. excellent price.

13/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance, after a phone call asking for information about a supposed Tripe Festival that was supposed to be held in this area 😄 ... so we decided to come here for dinner given the curious call... the owner and her assistant were very kind, courteous, and friendly. Here, Grandma's cooking reigns supreme, the atmosphere is typical of 16th-century Salento, and the prices are more than fair. I highly recommend it. PS The Tripe Festival didn't arrive 😄
