I went to Grigoris with my family last night, Saturday, November 22nd. I'm giving it a 3-star overall review, a 3-star review requested by Google for the food and atmosphere, and a 4-star service because there are many positives, but just as many negatives.
Pizza: excellent, soft dough with a thick crust, and definitely high-quality ingredients, so I'm giving it 5 stars.
Ambience: very nice, modern, and welcoming; the lights, colors, wood, steel accents, and greenery are all designed to provide a pleasant experience. Service: this is where the problem begins: the staff is young, very courteous, and fast. However, the spaces between the tables are very narrow, so much so that it's difficult to walk around, considering they've packed at least 10 more people per room, creating situations where it's even difficult to calmly cut the pizza without touching other tables or people. I understand the large turnout because the food is worth it, but you can't eat like sardines. What if everyone needed to leave quickly? Did they think about that? Did they think about the consequences of cramming all those people into such a small space between tables, chairs, bags, and jackets? I'd add that it might be difficult for a disabled person to navigate such a small space. Another negative point: if you need a table, you don't bring the bill without anyone asking. What if I wanted something from the menu after coffee? That's not something you do when you're so crowded; in my house, this attitude is called greed. I'd add that the desserts are good, but they're full of whipped cream, which doesn't allow you to fully enjoy the dessert because it's too filling. The bill is quite steep for six people, over €168 for a good pizza packed like sardines in a nice restaurant.

I've been coming to this pizzeria since I was a kid. Now I'm 30 and a father. I've seen it grow and change, evolving for the better every year. The owner is one of the best entrepreneurs in the area, having built an empire that's a sure thing! The pizzas are spectacular and refined, and the beers too! The guys are all great and super helpful. I always come at least once a week for a great pizza and a great beer! A must-have! An unmissable event! Thank you!

I made a reservation for 9:30 PM on Saturday (they have two sittings, 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM) and we waited 30 minutes for a table. It was crowded, the waiters were tired but very courteous and kind. They made up for it with a pizza that arrived almost immediately and which I really enjoyed.
I also enjoyed the desserts; we tried the tiramisu, the cheesecake, and the licorice sorbet.
I have to say it was an excellent dinner.
I'll definitely be back.

Awesome place, staff very friendly and welcoming, the food is above perfect. Everyone who goes, passes by Mestre, I highly recommend to visit this place.
Table reservation is a huge plus, but our second dinner we didn’t reserve, the owner and the waiter just found a suitable table anyways.
Must visit place where definitely going back whenever we are in the area.

Sono tornata in questa pizzeria dopo 6 anni. Ne sento sempre parlare in giro ed ero curiosa di riprovarla, dopo tutti questi anni. Devo dire che abbiamo trascorso una serata piacevolissima. Il locale è diventato molto carino, camerieri premurosi ed attenti, menù da leccarsi i baffi, con proposte davvero accattivanti, soprattutto se vi piace sperimentare. Noi abbiamo preso 3 pizze con il pesce ed erano tutte fantastiche, soprattutto quella con carpaccio di tonno! Accostamenti particolari e profumi davvero meravigliosi!!!
L'impasto della pizza è molto migliorato! La pizza è leggerissima e lievitata alla perfezione.
Davvero bravi, complimenti!
