Restaurant. We stopped in this restaurant while walking through the streets of the village, during a small holiday around the Langhe. In the square on the main street. Normal, welcoming, informal environment. The person who welcomed us was very courteous and willing to listen and advise. Good food, fair service, normal prices, two courses for 4, side dishes, water, bottle of Nebbiolo, coffee, 40 euros each.

It is a beautiful place in the center of Monforte that brings people together whether for breakfast, an aperitif or lunch. In addition, the room facilities are spectacular, always in the heart of the town with all the businesses and activities nearby.

My husband and I had the pleasure of having lunch at Grappolo d'Oro during our trip to the Langhe. We were really impressed by the quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff.
We tasted the Fassona tartare with pistachio, the ravioli del plin and the tajarin with ragù, all exceptional dishes. The Piedmontese red wine we drank was also excellent.
The service was very attentive and helpful. A nice and kind boy served us who immediately made us feel at home.
