23/11/2025: 📍Via Civetta 2, Lonato del Garda An evening with friends = the perfect excuse to eat well and laugh a lot 😍 This time we ended up at the La Civetta farmhouse in Lonato del Garda—surrounded by greenery, super welcoming, and with that atmosphere that instantly makes you feel like you're on vacation 🌿 We started with a real treat: grilled cheeses 🔥 An irresistible mix of smoked Scamorza, Provolone, Rosa Camuna, and Conca della Valsabbia 🧀 All warm, stringy, with that golden crust that smells of home and tradition 😋 One of those simple yet perfect dishes that make you say, "Okay, the evening's off to a great start!" 💫 Then we moved on to the malfatti, soft, flavorful, and super enveloping—the classic comfort food that makes you feel pampered with every bite 💚 And the most scenic moment? Stone-cooked meat 🥩🔥 It arrives sizzling, cooked right at the table, and every slice is pure satisfaction: juicy, tender, and irresistible. We spent half the dinner saying, "This is the best idea ever!" 😂 To end on a sweet note, we couldn't leave out the homemade ice cream 🍨✨ Creamy, fresh, and authentic—the perfect ending to an evening that already tasted of happiness 💕 Good food, nature, and laughter: the perfect combo to unwind and enjoy the moment 🍷
