I was disappointed with the burger; the meat didn't seem very fresh, and the slice of bread at the bottom of the bun was soggy and impossible to pick up without falling apart. The pasta was okay, as were the dessert and polenta. The menu seemed to lack any mention of the freshness of the products next to the dishes.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted kindly and shown to our table. The service was helpful and courteous, and the food was very good. The price was overall reasonable.

Excellent cuisine. Meticulously prepared food, the quality of the ingredients is evident. During our vacation in Umbria, we tried several restaurants, but this one definitely stands out. Excellent tagliatelle with truffles, tender, expertly cooked meat. Fresh desserts, top-notch pastries. A quiet, characteristic atmosphere and expertly prepared waiters complete the experience. Congratulations!

Historic restaurant. I went with high expectations, but was disappointed. The pasta was reheated and all sticky, something unheard of in a restaurant like this, not even in a canteen! The main courses were well-cooked. Beautiful and varied historic rooms, with an open fireplace. Excellent service. Average-high prices.

Excellent food with starters, delicious cured meats, local cheeses, perfectly cooked pasta, and meat. Drinks, coffee, and desserts, plus lovely service, all for around €35 ​​per person… Highly recommended!

A very nice place, especially for groups because it has several rooms of varying sizes, very beautiful and characteristic. We had two tagliatelle with black summer truffle, very good even if the portion was a bit "too good"—not small, mind you—a bianconi tagliatelle with guanciale, sausage, and ricotta, very generous and very good. For main courses, a shank with roast potatoes, impeccable, grilled lamb chops very good. Tiramisu, good but nothing earth-shattering, chocolate mousse and amaretti biscuits were definitely top-notch. Two glasses of Montefalco, water, and a coffee. High-level service, never intrusive, always with a smile. More or less, they were professionals, something that, sadly, is increasingly rare. 116 euros for three people. Let's say the price is fair, it's worth much more than it costs. The only flaw that can be found is the huge menu, a bit too dispersive, it satisfies everyone it's true but it's a bit intimidating when ordering, for those who don't want to bother there are fixed menus of various prices.... Highly recommended.
