A true culinary jewel, I savored a dish of truffle tagliolini which delighted the palate, with a perfect balance of flavours. The staff were exceptional, attentive and friendly, making the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend visiting for a true gastronomic experience.

Chosen randomly, it turned out to be an excellent choice. The dishes are
really well made, tasty and plentiful. The only flaw is in the price of the winter truffle bruschetta appetizers which cost a good 20 euros per portion (two half slices of bread) out of price compared to the rest of the dishes. Absolutely valid.

The location, even if temporary, was very well adapted, the food was of excellent quality, local and fresh products, I especially recommend the castelluccio lentils and the pappardelle with wild boar!

Uno dei pochi nel centro Italia che ha accettato la prenotazione sotto le feste: già solo per questo direi che è un locale serio, onesto e che merita ottima pubblicità.
Mi potrei fermare qui ma continuo con gli elogi:
preso tagliere di affettato crudo rigorosamente di Norcia, squisito. E mix di 4 formaggi a varia stagionatura accompagnati da miele millefiori. Buonissimo.
Per concludere un'eccellente tagliatelle casareccia tirata a mano con tartufo nero di stagione grattato al momento sul piatto.
Davvero tutto ottimo.
Non ultimo, anzi, staff cordialissimo e professionale!
Si merita la nomea del più antico e aggiungerei più iconico locale di Norcia.

In una struttura provvisoria ma accogliente (terremoto) questo ristorante offre cibi ottimi, legati al territorio con attenzione particolare ai clienti celiaci. Quindi si può andare sul sicuro.
