Historic restaurant of the Capitol. seaside resort of Monopoli. OPEN even in winter, inside on a closed terrace, directly on the sea, on weekends... always fresh fish with an excellent choice of wines... street parking.

The service is excellent as is the food. Seafront location. Prices are quite high but I would stay here again. 🙂

We came here for lunch and it was perfection! The food, the atmosphere and the service were all amazing. The seafood was very fresh and beautifully presented. The tiramisu we had for dessert was the best I have ever had.

Excellent place, delicious food and the best service, it is worth returning. I tried the risoto, I had never tried one like it, I came to visit, I am from Mexico and I was pleasantly happy with the cuisine and service.

Gran Pavese, mi ha colpito positivamente in tutto, dalla qualità dei piatti alla ricercatezza dei vini, dalla gentilezza dei titolari, alla competenza del personale. E, poi, il panorama è bellissimo!

Dopo aver pranzato qui con la mia famiglia, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa, soprattutto considerando le recensioni. Mi sono fidata del consiglio di un amico, e ho fatto benissimo. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, e le pietanze sono andate ben oltre ogni aspettativa. La tartar di tonno eccezionale, cos come gli gnocchi al nero di seppia. Unico consiglio, avrei gradito meno l’olio negli ottimi primi. Consigliatissimo.

08/03/2025: Let me start by saying that I work in catering..., excellent dining room staff, very smart guys, especially the slightly stocky gentleman with the hats pulled back, prices of the pizzas and beers more than fair for what was on them.....the only thing to be said about the portion of the breasts was a bit reductive on the plate with such a high price for water and flour...but all in all a nice place, I'll be back.
14/02/2025: Excellent meat........ I entered this place for the first time because I was invited by a splendid person to his birthday.....sure that he would satisfy his guests........ And so it was!!!!! To return......

Panzerottotime

20/04/2025: There are no words to describe the experience in this place. We ended up here by chance on Easter evening and were welcomed by the staff into this really welcoming little place. We took 4 panzerotti including their specialty with Brasciola and to start a portion of fried polenta. As tourists we couldn't have known that low prices didn't correspond to small portion sizes. Despite everything we can say that everything was truly exceptional. I highly recommend trying everything because everything is truly exceptional. To conclude, don't miss the Nutella panzerotto and above all, have a laugh with the wait staff because they are really very nice.
