We've been to this restaurant, and it must be said that the food is excellent: traditional local dishes, made with quality ingredients and with a care that belies the high level of cuisine. But the real plus of the restaurant—what makes it a unique experience—is undoubtedly Alessandro, the waiter. Alessandro is not only knowledgeable and attentive, but a true character: histrionic, friendly, knowledgeable, and capable of engaging guests with detailed explanations and passionate stories about the dishes, the region, and much more. His presence is not intrusive, but an integral part of the pleasure of dining!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante e c'è da dire che si mangia bene: piatti della tradizione locale, realizzati con ingredienti di qualità e con una cura che denota un alto livello di cucina. Ma il vero plus valore del locale – ciò che lo rende un’esperienza unica – è senza dubbio Alessandro, il cameriere ai tavoli. Alessandro non è solo competente e attento, ma è un vero personaggio: istrionico, simpatico, competente, capace di coinvolgere i clienti con spiegazioni dettagliate e racconti appassionati sui piatti, il territorio e molto altro. La sua presenza non è invadente ma è parte integrante del piacere della cena!

Very intimate and welcoming restaurant. Cuisine with typical and refined ingredients which enhance the taste of the dishes. Chef Vito is a very creative and professional person. Highly recommended for small parties, for a lunch or dinner immersed in the beauty of the city of Conversano.

27/07/2025: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! We ate incredibly well—the spare ribs were delicious, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection, and the Gamberini pasta surprised us with its combination of flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. The desserts were undoubtedly one of the highlights of the meal. The tiramisu was simply mouth-watering—light, creamy, and with the perfect balance of sweet and coffee-like. A true indulgence! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, and both the owners and waitstaff are infectiously friendly. They made us feel right at home with their good humor and attention to detail. Definitely a place to return to and recommend! 👏🍷🍝
25/07/2025: Eating surrounded by the scent of the sea in this truly heavenly place is a unique experience. In the evening it transforms into a magical place: the reflections of the moon in the marina, the tower, the lapping of the sea. I've only experienced these sensations on Capri. I recommend you go and enjoy it all. It's a shame that everything closes in the winter.
