I recommend visiting this place; we were very satisfied and even full. Everything was very special, from the appetizers to the desserts. The only thing to consider is that it's best to arrive at the right time and arrive by 1 or 2 PM, as food is only served during those times.

Elio, the owner and chef, serves exquisite traditional Italian food in a no-frills setting. The ambiance is homely, and the service is warm and welcoming. It’s the closest you’ll get to having lunch at a nonno’s house. The one thing this place is missing is a Michelin Star.

It's always a pleasure to return to this extraordinary family-run restaurant, which lives up to our memories and expectations. Greeted by the Colonel's warmth and the smile of Signora Stella, the queen of the kitchen, Gli Antichi Sapori offers a variety of appetizers (lentil or fennel fritters, local capocollo, cardoncelli mushrooms, ricotta with pistachio, eggplant capinata...), all excellent and made with local ingredients, along with a menu of first and second courses prepared with flair and flavors that showcase the best of Sicilian cuisine. The homemade pasta with ragù cooked for five hours and the pistachio ravioli are excellent. The lamb with vegetables is also flavorful. Gli Antichi Sapori is a place to remember and recommend!

Pranzo presso Gli Antichi Sapori al centro del graziosissimo borgo di Randazzo. Gestione familiare, atmosfera tranquilla e raccolta, cucina sublime che valorizza sapientemente soprattutto i prodotti agricoli del territorio. Dall'antipasto al dolce una festa di sapori ricchi e ben misurati, serviti con garbo e puntuale attenzione. Assolutamente da raccomandare per un pranzo delizioso; meglio prenotare.

We didn't just eat at this restaurant, we got to know and love Sicily in this restaurant. The young man who served us enchanted us with the food he brought, and the way he described the ingredients fascinated me. The food is homemade, the flavors are rich and juicy. First we ordered beer, but the waiter told us that wine would be more suitable. We tried white wine and red wine, I don't know which was better. Then came the spectacle: tiramisu brought to us by an older gentleman, perhaps the chef. I've had tiramisu many times in Italy, but this one was something special. The beauty of Randazzo can only be surpassed by the cuisine of this wonderful restaurant! The waiter is wonderful, I saw how he talked about his place with passion in his eyes, and that's something I appreciate very much.
