We had lunch there twice in the same week in August, and both times we had a great time, both with the special local dishes and with Gigio's whole family. They're great people, and we'll gladly return!

The best Crème brûlée I've ever eaten! One of the best carbonara I've eaten. Gnocchi wasn't too good. Very good coffee!

04/03/2026: We stayed at Al Capriolo during the Olympics and fell in love with the lodging, decor and the food. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful B&B in Cortina and its very welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding, with delicious options and great attention to detail. It was the perfect way to start the day. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional service. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels at home. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cortina. We have an Airbnb of our own in the U.S. and a vacation home in Menton, France. This property is so lovely that we would return again as the property is a destination of its own.

The owner's courtesy and kindness are unparalleled, and the quality and uniqueness of the dishes are truly Michelin-starred... one of a kind!
