If you are looking for a charming restaurant in the heart of Rome, Gia Roma is a choice that does not disappoint. Located in the centre, this place manages to perfectly combine elegance, atmosphere and extraordinary cuisine. The cuisine is the real strong point: dishes prepared with fresh, top quality ingredients, with great attention to detail. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Rome! I'll be back soon.

Everything is very rich. The lasagna better than the nonna's. Very kind Roberto. A shame we discovered it on our last night in Rome.

Roberto attended us, very friendly and kind, as he speaks Spanish he made us feel at home. We have the aperitif and with the beer they give you something to snack on. Good atmosphere and close to the fountain. Without a doubt we will repeat.

I visited Gia Roma and loved it so much I have been back three days in a row. Service was impeccable, food delicious. I was only in Rome for four days.

11/02/2025: Nice little place, family atmosphere and smiling staff. On the counter you can find everything, the pizzas have superlative flavors: the Carbonara pizza and the Calzone are highly recommended (which you can't find everywhere!). The pizza is super light, you eat it and it doesn't weigh you down at all. Fast service and tables available for on-site consumption. Definitely the best pizza by the slice!
11/02/2025: Localino grazioso, ambiente familiare e personale sorridente. Sul bancone trovi di tutto, le pizze hanno dei gusti superlativi: consigliatissima la pizza Carbonara e il Calzone (che non si trova ovunque!). La pizza superleggera, la mangi e non ti appesantisce affatto. Servizio veloce e tavoli a disposizione per una consumazione in loco. Sicuramente la migliore pizza al taglio!

23/11/2024: Ristorante senza fronzoli nel centro di Allumiere. Offre una selezione di piatti, tutti di estrema qualità. Zuppa di funghi, tagliatelle con i funghi, gnocchi con borragine, spezzatino in bianco, cantucci e vin santo, caffè, vino della casa. Tutto senza eccezioni era davvero buono. Bravi, complimenti.
11/11/2024: The mushroom soup was good, the porcini fettuccine was disappointing, not "homemade" and unseasoned. Hard and lightly matured wild boar. Too bad this place is known but not up to par. We won't be back.
