24/03/2026: Outstanding food! We were completely captivated by the creativity, modernity, and dedication with which the dishes were prepared. A blend of tradition (carpaccio, crespelle, mayonnaise salad, princess potatoes, profiteroles...) and the chef's personal touch (thicker, more tender slices, light dressings, light, glossy, intense sauces...). Everything was expertly crafted, without any convenience products, and served in perfectly sized portions. In a sea of mediocrity and touristy mass-market restaurants, it's a joy to find such culinary excellence. Service and ambiance were, at best, average. But that's to be expected at these prices, so we fully understand. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience, and keep up the great work!
23/03/2026: It was a wonderful evening. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, attentive, and precise.
Utmost professionalism.
The menu was very inviting: we opted for fried brains, crouton, a crepe with Custoza broccoli, and beef cheek.
Two glasses (one of ripasso and one of superiore), both excellent.
A phenomenal dessert, a surprise from the chef that I hope they add to the menu.
I will definitely be back, thank you!
