Discovered by chance, delicious gelato. I had a cup of Williams pears, cinnamon and chocolate chips, and strawberry grapes, prickly pears, and basil. An explosion of flavor. It's a shame I couldn't try the other flavors, so many and so unusual. Definitely worth a try if you're passing through Spoleto.

30/11/2025: Excellent soups, very fair prices and a warm, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere!
21/11/2025: The name says it all! This place specializes exclusively (I want to emphasize this) in soups, with no other dishes except dessert. The soups change daily, which shows they always use fresh ingredients. You can check the website. I went for lunch; it was easy to find a table, but it's always best to reserve. I had beans and pork rind... incredible! I'll definitely be back!
