Undeniably the best gelato shop in Parma, its province, and beyond! Exceptional gelato, from classic to more elaborate flavors. The chef is a GENIUS. Excellent, natural, seasonal ingredients. The entire staff is fantastic! Kind, approachable, they make you feel at home. The gelato here doesn't make you thirsty, it's not heavy, it's perfectly balanced, made with love and passion. I recommend everyone to try it, but be warned: it can be addictive!!! P.S. For lovers of real tiramisu, like grandma's, homemade, you MUST try the tiramisu gelato! Oh, and all this at a totally reasonable price; in fact, they're super generous with the quantities!!!

Incredibly delicious ice cream. Pistacchio is truly the best I've ever had. The lady was very nice, but unfortunately, it's not located in the city center, which I really wish she had that.

I recently discovered Al Polo gelateria, and I can say it's already become my favorite in the city! As soon as you walk in, you can feel Passion, refinement, and attention to detail. Every time, I've been asked if I'd like to try a particular flavor, because yes... you want to try them all! Research, seasonality, and raw ingredients are among my favorite qualities. The portions are absolutely generous and the prices are average. The five o'clock tea, licorice, chamomile, and coconut are the flavors that particularly impressed me! Keep it up!

Amazing ice cream, all three flavours I tried were delicious. I chose two and I asked for a recommendation from the person working there for the third one (tea, almond, biscuits and Pergamon),, which was the best! Extremely friendly service too! And to top it all off, the only gelateria in Italy I found in my 10 years living here that has PROPER napkins and not the plasticky ones that all others have 😃

Extremely high quality, with unique flavors carefully crafted by the chef. The staff and owners are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are in line with other places, but the quality of the gelato is second to none. In my opinion, one of the best in Italy, if not the best.
