I had contacted them to find out what is used to replace sugar and was told to go to the store. I didn't think it was such secret information. It's not my choice that I have to be careful and I don't come to the store for simple information.

Sublime ice cream, the only problem is the Parma cold; but with particular tastes it is always a pleasant discovery even in autumn/winter.

Semplicemente straordinaria, in tutto. I due ragazzi alla conduzione di questo piccolo tesoro di sapienza gastronomica sono marito e moglie, giovani e appassionati. Lui indaffarato nel retrobottega a creare i gusti più straordinari, lei al bancone - pronta a raccontare nel dettaglio ogni scelta racchiusa dentro nomi non sempre "parlanti". Il gelato è semplicemente divino. E' come trasporre un esperienza gourmet da ristorante stellato in una gelateria di quartiere. L'esito è a dir poco eccezionale. La migliore di Parma ma probabilmente la migliore del nord Italia. Non mi credete? Provate voi stessi...

Gelateria altalenante, capace di dare grossa soddisfazione così come alcune delusioni. Pro: Gestori, varietà di gusti con belle novità (come il gusto fichi), gusto nocciola, gusto liquirizia, gusto uva fragola Contro: Orari, alcuni gusti per me nn riusciti anche se l'aspettativa e l'idea merita (gusto come una volta, troppo piatto), gusto stracciatella (pochissimo cioccolato e dal gusto poco deciso), gusto acqua fresca (o fredda), il gusto al pomodoro (nn ricordo il nome ma non bilanciato) Torte non provate ma l'aspetto è invitante, gelato 25 euro/kg in linea con la media in città
