I had noticed this Food Truck on Social Networks and, motivated by the various reviews, I wanted to try it out and so I went there on a Saturday in May for lunch with my daughter. I ordered a Jackebab and my daughter a Topjack without jam. I also had a craft beer and a portion of twister potatoes. As Jack would say..... These are not sandwiches, they are an experience!!!!! Really, really good!!!!! Top quality ingredients, Jack puts a lot of passion into them. The sandwiches are truly huge. My daughter's had 2 cutlets (cooked by Jack, not pre-cooked). He also prepares the sauces himself and you can feel it! Fresh bread from the baker and very good craft beer. Also special twister fries. Here you can find original, non-obvious sandwiches, invented by him. Jack, in addition to being a character, is an excellent chef, he puts Passion into it and it shows! Really great prices for the portions. It's worth a try!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

Sono le 14 è tardi alla ricerca di un posto dove mangiare mi ricordo di una trasmissione televisiva in cui parlavano di questo chiosco da street food, si trova facilmente mettendo il navigatore. In loc Marginone di Altopascio si arriva in questo spazio verde dove vediamo questa piccola ape adattata a chiosco, lui Jack è più grosso dell'ape ma i panini sono comunque molto buoni. Ovviamente abbiamo preso il Jackbab buono ... pane morbidissimo perfetto per panino che non fà la palla ed accaglia, straccetti di pollo marinati, pomodoro, insalata aiceberg, salsa bbq homemade, due fette di pancetta (io abbonderei un pò di piu) Consigliato per un pranzo veloce, ovviamente prendete e portate via o scegliete una bella giornata assolata per poter mangiare li all'aperto.
