I rate this hotel very highly – clean and nice rooms, a large balcony, and reading other reviews, everything worked, and the toilet worked. The room was air-conditioned and had a window. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, served buffet-style, but the waitress brought our chosen items to the plate, ensuring order and cleanliness. Breakfast offers both sweet and savory options – from simple sandwiches to cakes and fruit. The location is excellent, close to the beach, where you can rent sunbeds (two sunbeds and an umbrella for 14 euros per day). However, you can also use the nearby public beach without sunbeds. The beach is very well-maintained and clean. Near the hotel are two small markets, a promenade, and a bus stop. However, we noticed that the part of town where the hotel is located is quieter, while the part near the Old Town and the Ferris wheel is noisier, more party-oriented, and more crowded. The only major downside was the lack of information about the pool closure. I think they should have informed the booking process that the pool will be closed when booking in September. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the sea and the pool. No one at reception informed us about this either. Only when we went there ourselves and saw the pool was covered did we ask if it was already closed, and we were told it was because it was too cold. We stayed from September 3rd to 6th, and other hotels still had their pools open, and the temperature was around 30°C. The jacuzzi was also closed, which is understandable, as it's better to use a hot tub when it's "cooler." Apart from that, everything was top-notch.

We booked three nights on Agoda at a reduced rate, but the full price is truly excessive compared to what the hotel offers, which exhibits no 4-star features, both inside and out. It's an old hotel with basic amenities. Furthermore, it's a serious flaw to advertise it as a hotel with a pool when the pool was already closed on September 3rd. The same goes for the rooftop terrace. The category also affects the tourist tax, which is a hefty €4 per person per day. The staff is courteous. We're not dissatisfied, but we won't be returning.

The staff speaks good English and is very polite and helpful! The hotel is in a good location with the beach and restaurants nearby! Unfortunately, the mattresses weren't particularly soft!
