Gallura In Roma

Stiamo alla ricerca di bei locali in Parioli dove poter passare splendide serate in contesti esclusivi, ben frequentati, mangiando ottimo cibo. Ci siamo quindi rivolti al Ristorante Gallura per provarlo e scoprirlo. La location nel contesto non è male, molto bello il giardino e anche le sale interne, recentemente ristrutturate, sono molto accoglienti. Un plauso al servizio che, pur essendo molto giovane, è sempre presente e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Sui piatti, ahimè, qualche critica è necessaria. Speciali le alici del Cantabrico, un po' meno l'antipasto di Baccalà, i due piatti di pesce, branzino e ricciola, sono risultati entrambi molto sapidi. La cosa da annoverare è che io e mia moglie, pur mangiando solo cotto, abbiamo avuto seri problemi di digestione nella notte e molto altro, eviterei i particolari. In un ristorante con una media di €100 a persona, simili episodi non sono, purtroppo, tollerabili. Il nostro viaggio continua...

The fish is excellent and the restaurant is one of the best in the area but I noticed the price of cover and water was definitely too high. The service is always attentive but very slow. Until next time!
