A refined and welcoming location. A charming garden. A relaxing atmosphere. Attentive and courteous service. Thanks to Manuel's excellent suggestions, we enjoyed delicious dishes that perfectly combined the excellence of the ingredients with the chef's skill. Fresh calamari with cherry tomatoes and chili pepper, shrimp in kataifi pastry, Gallura-style seafood salad, snapper with porcini mushrooms and truffle. All accompanied by a lovely Gallura Vermentino.
To finish on a sweet note, Seadas, Catalan cream, zabaglione gelato, and nougat semifreddo: a tribute to happiness accompanied by the house myrtle liqueur.
A food and wine experience of the highest quality in a truly pleasant setting. A must-try!
