ieri sera cena da gaia bio, presente la signora Triana, una dei due manager, e la collaboratrice Giulia, silenziosa come l'altra (Emanuela) ma molto professionale e gentile. Stavolta ho provato una pizza vegana, molto buona e particolare, differente da tutte le pizze che si possono trovare in giro, ero stato varie volta da gaia bio ma avevo sempre preso pasta o riso mai pizza. Altri hanno preso riso nero, straccetti, pasta con lupini, insomma tutto ottimo. per concludere uno strudel, perfettamente eseguito. Tutti i dolci e i gelati sono fatti da loro. Da bere il rosso piceno che prendo sempre, buono e genuino stamattina niente mal di testa. Ottima anche la grappa, si puo' scegliere tra varie qualita'. Prezzi nella media, sicuramente non eccessivi. Volendo proprio fare una critica, la vetrata che da' sulla strada non e' schermata da tende o piante, come avviene in tantissimi ristoranti nel mondo, quindi chi siede al tavolo e' visibile dalla strada come in vetrina, a me non da fastidio ma qualcuno attento alla privacy puo' non gradire. Ma vabbe', noi senza dubbio torneremo. Locale strapieno, indispensabile prenotare per tempo. giovanni

ottima cena da gaia bio, dieci vecchi amici, accolti da una dei manager, la signora Triana, e da una collaboratrice, Emanuela. Abbiamo iniziato con spumante della cantina Cincinnato, poi rosso piceno. Da mangiare crocchette vegane, a seguire medaglioni vegani con cavolo nero. Tutto ottimo. Altri amici non vegani hanno preso baccala'. Servizio sempre veloce e professionale, ambiente gradevole. Ristorante strapieno, impensabile andare senza prenotare. Ho notato che e' ammessa la presenza dei cani, cosa molto positiva. Io ho potuto carezzare un simpatico pitbull. Alcune pietanze erano terminate, venerdi sera alle 19,45, perche'? ma vabbe', le alternative non mancavano.. Per concludere l'ottimo "agrigelato", io ho preso quello di more e mandorle, e alla fine un nocino artigianale veramente gradevole. Ho recensito varie volte questo locale ma le recensioni ripetute non sono inutili a mio parere, perche' il ristorante puo' cambiare chef, puo' cambiare collaboratori, puo' modificare i prezzi......Quindi scrivo ancora una volta che consiglio Gaia Bio, e' uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti a Roma e sicuramente il migliore del quartiere. giovanni

I was pleasantly struck by this restaurant, it was an unusual dive, I had never been to an organic restaurant. Kindness and courtesy were immediately noticeable, especially on the part of the sweet lady with glasses and graying hair. I ate black and white rice with seasonal vegetables that intrigued me, light and pleasant. The pizza is very far from mine in my homeland, too thin compared to ours but they struck us as pleasantly light, digestible, quality products, a warm, welcoming place. They left us with good memories given that in our stay we went there several times. congratulations

Intimate and relaxed environment, far from the center of Rome in a rustic and welcoming location. Very kind owners, fast service. The only two flaws: small portions and above average prices, in the photo there is a second course (prawn and anchovy skewers with cabbage) costing €18 for three small skewers. They were really excellent, but unfortunately they weren't as filling as a second course should have been. I liked that there were options for omnivores, but also for vegetarians and vegans. Very inclusive. Overall pleasant evening!
