The food was delicious, the service was great, and lovely atmosphere. All dishes were top-notch. We recommend their personal cave aged cheeses and local wines.
We had lunch at the Foyer des Guides on a beautiful summer day and were thrilled. The location is truly priceless: a postcard view of the mountains of Valtournenche that alone is worth the visit.
The cuisine is authentic and tasty, I had tasty polenta concia and tagliatelle with venison ragù.
Also ideal for families: outside there is a nice playground with ping pong and trampolines, where children can have fun safely while parents relax in the sun.

Nice slopes and fantastic skiing
Food: good but not great, small portions.
Service: excellent, all waiters very polite and kind.
Setting: classic mountain cabin next to a ski slope, perhaps it was too hot.

Very well-kept and very elegant place. Impeccable service and staff. Very good food and adequate portions.
Not cheap but worth it.
great pasta's and salads with an excellent location on piste 1. Probably best option for lunch this side of Cervino. Great service. Came back one more time and were greeted heartily. Excellent location in the sun but easy to miss on your way down. Reservations recommended - very popular

This was a true find at the end of a ski run! Stunning building with an amazing outdoor area where we sat in the sunshine and had THE best hot chocolate of the holiday so far. Also sampled the delicious strudel. Only a shame that it was our last day before we discovered it. Go, you won’t be disappointed!

The best place for après ski in Valtournenche. Worth the mogul ride at the end of the day. Inside the restaurant there is a two-story high room with photos and paintings of the Matterhorn on the walls. However, it is better to sit on the terrace if the weather permits and the sun is shining. Lunch dishes are not too large, but they are beautifully composed on the plate and, above all, tasty. Large selection of wines. Lager and weizen beers, there is even IPA. For dessert, panna cotta, classic or pistachio tiramisu - whatever you choose, you will be satisfied. Book desserts in advance for the next day because unfortunately there are none available at the end of the day. Enjoy your meal!

Locale di alto livello, dotato di enoteca in grotta e cantina per salumi e formaggi. Propone cibi tipici locali della zona e tipici dell’italianità in genere. Personale cordiale , preparato, simpatico, professionale. Siamo arrivati a cena mezz’ora prima della prenotazione, lo staff tutto stava cenando, ció nonostante ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo e servito da bere, comunicandoci che il personale era impegnato per la cena e che avremmo potuto ordinare nell’orario concordato alla prenotazione. Prezzo decisamente all’altezza del locale. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
