Excellent food. Very tasty, unbeatable service, perfect location. Good wines.

Place reached with a bit of difficulty by car in the evening at 8pm; the road sign which at a certain point invites you to deviate to the left from the road from Valtournenche to Cheneil, should also indicate the presence of adequate parking; after about 150 meters you find yourself between some buildings without any parking spaces but only areas where snow plows move, obviously with a ban on parking. Only a phone call to the restaurant solved the problem.... they told me that 50 meters after the steps on the right that leads to the restaurant there is a small stretch on the left that accommodates up to 5 cars.... if full, after a further 50 meters on the left there is a large car park. I reach this second clearing, and park comfortably because it is large. When I get out of the car, 25 meters await me in the dark, completely frozen. Once on site the welcome is excellent, the place is full and obviously all in wood. I opt for a small appetizer of artisanal mocetta and a selection of local cheeses: truly excellent. The wine list is very extensive. The central dish is a venison entrecot with side vegetables of truly high quality and cooking. Price appropriate for the location and service. Definitely worthy. Professional and reliable staff.

Modern environment and warm and welcoming atmosphere typical of the mountains, with a splendid view of the Valtournenche return slope. The staff is impeccable, kind, professional and attentive to making every guest feel at home. A hospitality that we experienced firsthand: due to an unexpected event with the rental car, we found ourselves unable to reach the restaurant, and the owner (whom we still thank) immediately helped us, allowing us to experience a perfect evening. The cuisine is equally good, with high quality ingredients and refined combinations, which enhance the local raw materials in an innovative way. A restaurant absolutely worth trying and returning to (several times!)

This emblematic place, nestled at the foot of the slopes, is much more than just a restaurant: it is a real meeting point where you find yourself after a day exploring the magnificent Aosta Valley. Between laughter, adventure stories and sharing good times, we savored succulent local dishes. Everything was perfect: refined cocktails, carefully selected wines, gourmet lasagna, tasty pastas, desserts to die for… and much more! If you are in the area, this is a must stop. The home made pasta is so amazing!!! We had the ragu and oh man it was brilliant. The prices are also much cheaper than Zermatt side. A bit far from the zermatt but is very good.

A great place to eat something, perfect at the end of skiing. Beautiful atmosphere with a view of the mountains. The service was also very nice. The food is delicious and very filling. We all highly recommend this place. ❤️🍴
