Beautiful mountain setting, located very close to the Valtournenche ski slope. We went for dinner and discovered an amazing wine list! The dishes are very carefully prepared and never banal. Kudos to the kindness and extreme expertise of the waiters and owners.

We returned after a year and couldn't wait, and it was wonderful to find the same quality and welcoming atmosphere we remembered. Authentic mountain cuisine, excellent ingredients, and carefully prepared dishes, rich in flavor yet always balanced. A warm and traditional atmosphere, perfect after a day on the snow, with friendly and attentive service that makes you feel right at home. One of the most authentic restaurants in the Cervinia/Valtournenche area. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is a true mountain gem: its location is spectacular, immersed in nature with breathtaking views of the Alpine peaks, perfect both in summer and during the ski season. Just getting there is part of the experience. The cuisine is excellent, meticulously crafted and capable of combining Aosta Valley tradition with modern creativity. Each dish is elegantly presented, and the flavors are intense yet balanced: the quality of the ingredients is clearly evident. Among the specialties, original dishes and surprising reinterpretations of local cuisine stand out. The service is impeccable: friendly, attentive, and always available, the staff make you feel truly pampered from start to finish. Walter is truly a true professional, and listening to his explanations is truly a pleasure. The wine list is also extensive and well-selected, perfect to accompany every course. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a perfect blend of elegance and Alpine tradition. Whether for a post-ski lunch or a special dinner, this restaurant always manages to make the experience memorable. In short: top quality, a dream location, and excellent service. Really impressed with this place — every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The meat was perfectly cooked, foie gras was rich and high quality, fish was fresh, and the lamb was super tender. Located right next to the ski slope, it’s perfect for a lunch stop. Dinner is available only on Friday and Saturday, and reservation is required. Definitely worth planning ahead.
