My Blundstone boots were stolen yesterday in the changing room... The lockable boxes are 30x25, 35cm deep (approximately) and not even a jacket will fit. In winter you would basically have to go from the car parks to the SPA in a sweater, this is not really practicable. I'm waiting to see (and write) if they will reimburse me. I had to leave in the rain with 3 mm high slippers..

Last minute of absolute quality! Kindness, availability and welcome from the first phone call. Magnificent location and location. Excellent services, from parking to quick check-in, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room, albeit basic, excellent breakfast, plentiful and varied. For the SPA and the thermal pools, note of merit for the towels and bathrobes, large and comfortable, cleanliness of the pools and services, attention and maintenance by the very kind staff, the panoramic outdoor pools are beautiful. Absolutely relaxing and satisfying stay, to be recommended and repeated also for the quality/price ratio.

Spa with large, hot outdoor tub. We eat well. A little expensive.

I only went to the spa. They don't let you use a pool because it's only for hotel guests. 78 euros basically for a large pool and a small one because the sauna is tiny. The rest are all too crowded for the seating capacity. So it's not relaxing

Soggiorno molto rilassante servizio ottimo ,struttura molto curata ,piscine ben organizzate , spa soddisfacente ma il ristorante deludente : colazione con frutta di scarsa qualità,menu della cena poco vario e pietanze non sempre ben cucinate ,da un 5 stelle mi aspettavo di meglio
