Great experience, everything was very nice and fun.

Wrapping up our 2 week European honeymoon with a 3 night stay at Fonteverde was the best choice we could have made. Lounging by the pool in the sun, reading a good book, and soaking up the healing powers of the thermal water was just want we needed. We also booked a facial that was relaxing and made my skin glow. I loved being able to come to breakfast in my robe and slippers, all set to start a relaxing day. We had a dinner at the restaurant one of the evenings that was somewhat less than stellar, mainly due to OUR limited Italian language, but the meal was still delicious! The front desk staff was kind and even help us set up a taxi service to bring us to and from another evening, which was a huge help in a small town and a country we don't speak the language. Thank you so much for adding to an unforgettable honeymoon, we cannot wait to come back!

A high-end spa facility with a challenging price, but offering a high level of quality and luxury. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the facility is spotlessly clean. A great place to recommend for anyone looking to spend a relaxing day.

Fantastic experience! My partner and I booked the weekend thermal wellness program, which includes access to the indoor and outdoor pools, many with whirlpools, an Etruscan circuit with sauna, Turkish bath, salt cave, and sensory showers. The location is stunning, with views of the Siena countryside, Monte Amiata, and Radicofani. The facilities are immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean, including the changing rooms and crystal-clear pools. The garden is fabulous, and the bar and snack bar are convenient, offering salads, sandwiches, and delicious desserts. The staff is incredibly friendly. We will definitely return to this corner of paradise.

I have been back to eat here several times, but this time the experience was particularly nice. The menu has some really good new dishes, the dishes we tried pleasantly surprised us. I liked the livers with glaze, the sea bass accompanied by mango leche. The fettuccine with squid ink and the Cinta Senese cheek literally melted in the mouth because it was so tender. The dishes chosen by my partner were also excellent, confirming the excellent cuisine, the service was also attentive, discreet and friendly, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. The price is in line with the quality of both the food and the environment: serene, well-kept and welcoming. A restaurant that manages to exceed expectations every time. Ps: The spa is also very beautiful!

All very nice. Also frequented by people from the entertainment world. Lots of hydromassage stations. The pool is hot 😞 unfortunately. The cooler hotel pools are better

Disappointing for a 5-star hotel – old, uncomfortable and in need of renovation The stay at this hotel was far from the standards one would expect from a 5-star property. The hotel is clearly dated, with old furnishings, and a general feeling of abandonment. It needs an urgent renovation, not just a superficial restyling. The staff is friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that is the only positive aspect. The mattress was completely sunken, the bed creaked at every slightest movement and there is not even a latex pillow or an alternative for those looking for a minimum of comfort. The room was really tiny: it is difficult to move around the bed. But the worst is the bathroom – very small, almost claustrophobic, with a shower so narrow that it is difficult to get in, let alone move comfortably. For a hotel that presents itself as 5 stars, it is a joke. The quality/price ratio is totally unbalanced. I do not recommend it and I would not return.

The location is really fantastic and offers all types of services. Truly a unique experience. For those who love to unplug and take some time for themselves and take care of their body and mind. Very good restaurant. Enchanting place immersed in a landscape with breathtaking views. Fantastic experience.
