Crescenzo's girlfriend's cooking is spectacular, with authentic dishes and attention to every detail. In the dining room, Crescenzo is incredibly friendly and kind: he welcomes you like you're at home.

For my taste, everything was perfect: dishes made with only local ingredients, local wines, and a fantastic selection of beers. You eat and drink slowly, with the "host" explaining and guiding you. A type of restaurant and cuisine that's difficult to maintain without passion.

Calling it a restaurant is an understatement; it's an experience and a journey through local flavors and culture. Every ingredient is carefully selected and evident in every dish. Starting with a delicious cured meats appetizer featuring excellent salami and guanciale, it continues with a delicious onion tart, where, despite the onions being whole, they remain incredibly delicate, with a superb crust. The slow-cooked beef is incredibly tender and beautifully balanced, reminiscent of a stew. At this point, it's impossible not to try the desserts, including a chocolate cake where the cocoa flavor literally explodes in your mouth. The portions are just right, and the price is commensurate with the quality. The manager, if you wish, will be happy to guide you through each dish, adding an extra ingredient to your culinary experience.

Floyd is cuisine, music, poetry, and so much more.
Let's start with the incredible cuisine, crafting superb pairings, thanks to the skill of chef Alessandra. She knows how to enhance even the simplest ingredients and transform them into something sublime. When you eat here, you feel right at home. Personally, when we want to feel pampered, we come here, and I assure you, the plates are always empty.
The music isn't annoying; it's a pleasant backdrop to the words of the legendary Crescenzo, who, with his knowledge of wine and beer, always knows how to recommend the best dishes.
Poetry isn't just what you find on the paper, always written by Crescenzo, but it's everything.
I highly recommend the pasta alla Floyd and the pasta with beef, our favorite dishes.

Esaù, nella Bibbia, scambiò con Giacobbe la primogenitura con un piatto di lenticchie. Probabilmente era stato da Crescenzo e aveva mangiato la sua zuppa di lenticchie di Castelluccio di Norcia. Qui la scelta degli alimenti e la preparazione la fanno da padroni, anzi la chef Alessandra è la deus ex machina dietro a ogni piatto. Davanti però c’è lui, Crescenzo che della parola ha fatto un’arte e così come fa lo scrittore vi accoglie con una sua poesia, sul tavolo, e con la stessa intensità presenta le pietanze e il menù del giorno. Vi siete mai seduti ad un ristorante trovando, sicuramente qualcosa che in parte non andava? Non è il caso del Floyd. Certo è la mia personalissima sensazione, ma rarissimamente mi sono alzato da un ristorante soddisfatto di ogni pietanza. Si potrebbe pensare che il tutto sia compensato da costi elevati, ma no, un prezzo contenuto è un altro aspetto positivo. E poi il caffè, quello giusto… alla napoletana, ne vogliamo parlare? Giacobbe, veramente, non ha mai saputo cosa si è perso.

Wat kan je hier heerlijk en eerlijk eten! Alles zelf gemaakt van de beste ingrediënten. De gastheer verteld uitgebreid waar alles vandaan komt. Je voelt je zo thuis! En de kok, echt die kan fantastisch koken! Niet duur en je likt je vingers erbij af. Neem wel de tijd want het is echt slow cooking. Maar je komt tot rust en hebt een heerlijke gevulde maag! Mocht je in de buurt zijn, hier zeker gaan eten. Je proeft de liefde en passie voor het eten en drinken.
