Fishbar de Milan In Milano

Muy tranquilo en una tarde de domingo llovizna. Teníamos una reserva, pero claramente no lo necesitábamos. El servicio fue amable y atento. La comida era excelente. Partimos un aperitivo de anchoas en tostadas que estaba delicioso. Ambos comimos espaguetis con almejas que estaban deliciosos. Tenía trozos de salmón ahumado, que era diferente y muy sabroso.

Cena aziendale per gli auguri natalizi. Il menù scelto non prevede il crudo, che è una delle bandiere del locale, ma l'esperienza resta eccellente. Si inizia con polpettine di brandade di baccalà e patata con una perfetta salsina al rafano, a seguire tocchetti di baccalà mantecato con una chip croccante di mais e un ciuffetto di cipolla rossa marinata. Entrambi ottimi. Il primo piatto è composto da paccheri con una salsina di moscardini, cozze e vongole. Notevole, apprezzato da tutti. A seguire un trancio di branzino alla piastra con patate e funghi porcini. Ben eseguito, pelle croccantissima. Il cibo accompagnato da una Coda di Volpe d'Irpinia che si fa piacevolmente bere. Si finisce con un trancetto di un tiramisù cremoso, che non sarà originalissimo ma soddisfa la bocca. Servizio piacevole e divertente. Da tornarci.

Excellent fish restaurant. We went to this restaurant recently and tried a few dishes. We liked them all, although the creamed cod was a little dry. The staff is very friendly and the place is quite nice. Prices are very high.

Without a doubt my favorite fish restaurant in Milan! Exceptional quality, creative and very tasty dishes that surprise the palate, prices appropriate to the choice: Fishbar De Milan is a certainty. The starters are super, among which I particularly recommend the red prawn tartare.

We went to this place for the first time on Sunday for lunch, an excellent welcome for us and our 4-legged friend, the food was fantastic, it's a shame that we were really in a hurry or we would definitely have tried a few more dishes :) Price? ? Excellent for Milan and the location of the place
