I ate very well.
Eight preparations for micro portions, all very different from each other and all excellent.
When I specified that I was vegan, the person who welcomed us didn't bat an eyelid. I was served a very rich and varied dish: there were also grilled vegetables (a usual dish for a vegan on holiday and beyond) but they made sense, they were very fresh and tasty and well seasoned. Among the various typical dishes, such as Sila potatoes and chard, there was also tempeh with caramelized onion and chopped pistachios.
Lots of care and no improvisation.

A perfect evening
I was a few minutes ago at Fabric, in Catanzaro Lido, and I must say that the experience was excellent. The food was top quality, each dish was flavorful and carefully prepared. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere that makes dinner even more pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an upscale dining experience. I will definitely be back!

We ate some very tasty fish-based first courses, generous portions. The seafood salad and the delicious gourmet arancini were also excellent. Excellent value for money. Nothing to say about the service, they were kind and attentive and nothing was missing. We recommend it to anyone come through here!!

Sono stato con la mia famiglia a cena in questo bel locale dopo che me ne hanno parlato eh devo dire la verità siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, abbiamo fatto una cena a base di antipasti, primo e un assaggio di frittura.. tutto molto buono ,saporito e semplice, il personale e molto preparato a soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta e anche nel proporre piatti e abbinamenti con i vini .. che devo dire per quello che abbiamo mangiato il conto mi è sembrato molto corretto ed giusto, che devo dire tornerò per assaggiare altre cose buone 🤤
